伯明翰市中心希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Downtown)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay even though it was only for one night. The front desk staff was very courteous and professional from check in to check out. Very clean and spacious. I love a well lit bathroom. Nice view from the window especially at night. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. If you ever plan to stay in the downtown area of Birmingham, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back soon!! Thank y'all for your hospitality!

The biggest thing that bother me was the over priced beverages $5 for a drink really and i guess i got charged for the water in room too and i always try to help housekeepers out by making sure all towels are in one area and *****ping bed and still got charged $30 and i am going to call to see why cause we didnt leave room in a mess and i didnt understand why T.K. the cook was told to take his tip jar down he is a wonderful cook and has great customer service skills alot of jobs now have the tip jar and i dont see a thing wrong with that i think i also want to shout out to the 2 servers we had i dont know their names but i will describe them one was a white lady with ms santa suit on and the other one was a black lady with the wide hips and also i want to give a shout out to Melissa the receptionist they all were wonderful great customer service and very friendly

Great hotel, courteous check in (at least for the two I interacted with), rooms were clean and very nice. Area is a good area and delivery had quite a few options. Some paid parking but there is also parking around the building. Area does not look crime ridden but keep in mind that crime tends to travel to where the opportunities are but no car alarms went off while I was there and they do have security. I would book again without question

Had a terrible dining service experience. My wife and I ordered two salads and 2 glasses of wine. After 45 minutes all we had was waters and wines (and then only after asking twice). 45 minutes later, still no salads. Having given up on the salads, we got up to leave for our room with wines in hand. One food service employee nodded knowingly as if to say, “I don’t blame you”. In the lobby another employ ran over to us and and yelled that if we didn’t pay for the wine she would call the police! After protesting a bit I gave her our room number. This was no way for her to handle a customer service issue.

This Hilton Garden Inn is attached to Homewood Suites. The first morning I went to the breakfast area. I paid $22.00 for fresh made runny eggs, bacon that tasted almost spoiled, a blueberry muffin and some fruit. Morning 2 we saw complimentary breakfast on the other side. So we went there. A woman asked us our room number and then rudely told us we had to go to the other side. We couldn't eat there. We left.

We stayed here for two nights recently and would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean, our bed was very comfortable and the staff was super friendly. There was plenty of on site parking, and close to the interstate and walking distance to several restaurants. The only negative was the window shades do not block out the light very well which bothered me a little but the area outside our window wasn’t super bright so it didn’t keep me awake.

The King suite was clean and large with separate bedroom. It was nice to have an additional half bath. The dinner at the grill in lobby area was closed early due to some unknown situation that happened.. Highly recommend Pies and Pints restaurant on 20th St for a meal. We did takeout when the hotel grill food wasn’t available. The meals were delicious.

Nice hotel. Howevever, they wanted to charge us $20 per person for what appeared to be a very limited and poor quality breakfast. We had understood that it would be included in our rate since I am Hilton Honors

Very clean and check in staff excellent. For some reason it showed I had 2 reservations when only one was requested they worked with me to get this corrected immediately.
