Had a terrible dining service experience. My wife and I ordered two salads and 2 glasses of wine. After 45 minutes all we had was waters and wines (and then only after asking twice). 45 minutes later, still no salads. Having given up on the salads, we got up to leave for our room with wines in hand. One food service employee nodded knowingly as if to say, “I don’t blame you”. In the lobby another employ ran over to us and and yelled that if we didn’t pay for the wine she would call the police! After protesting a bit I gave her our room number. This was no way for her to handle a customer service issue.
