We booked CubeHotel for a couples’ trip and were initially welcomed by a very friendly and professional receptionist at check-in (3 PM on 31st July). First impressions were great.
However, once we entered the room, things took a turn. The room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly for hours. Despite multiple attempts to contact reception, the bar, and room service — no one answered. We had to stay in that hot room with no support, which ruined much of our evening.
The next day (01st August), when checking out, we tried to inquire about a payment issue, but the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive — a complete contrast to our check-in experience. We felt disrespected and ignored.
Unfortunately, this poor customer service and lack of responsiveness completely overshadowed what could have been a good stay. I do not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
The room was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally courteous, ensuring a smooth check in and that every need was thoughtfully attended to. For those who appreciate a captivating city view, this hotel is unquestionably the perfect choice.
