UAB 伯明翰城中Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Birmingham Downtown at UAB)

Check-in and check-out process was professional and pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was awesome. Served coffee, juice, water, muffins, eggs, grits, oatmeal, bread and sausage. The gentleman in the kitchen was professional and pleasant as well. Let me also mention housekeeping staff was professional and pleasant. The only issue is that the beds are very hard. Did not get a good night rest. The couch felt better than the bed. Also, the cost for parking was $27.03 ($23) after taxes. Yes, .03 cents Lol.

The hotel was very nice and the room was perfect with a great view of downtown Birmingham. Many walkable restaurants and bars were nearby. My only two complaints were: 1) the ******* listing states that parking is $16 a day. It was actually $23. 2) the elevators sounded a bit sketchy and made clanging sounds every time we rode it.

NOt a good space or area to park not the most convenient area as it relates to parking and moving around on the southside though really nice hotel!!!!

Hotel was very outdated. The couches were caving in the beds were caving in. Beds not comfortable at all. Experience was terrible.

Did not attempt to sleep on sofa pull-out mattress. Too flimsy. Had to try to sleep on sofa cushions instead of pull out bed.

New, clean rooms with all the necessary items except hand soap. Construction elevator seemed to be the only elevator working upon arrival but understandable due to ongoing renovations. Like the late check out time. Good stay.

Hotel under construction. Full of workers and dangerous to guests. Should not be open to guests

This is a great hotel, very clean, and the service was also very good. However, renovation was going on, so there was construction material everywhere. Very little parking at hotel, but they still charge a 23 dollar a day fee for parking.

The front desk was literally rude … said that there is an issue with my reservation and she refused to check my ******* app … then made me call ******* just so she takes the payment at the property .. I never had any issues with this sort of situation. Just her attitude made the stay very uncomfortable .
