佩利米特公園希爾頓逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton Birmingham Perimeter Park)

This place was great...they moved us to a new room bigger room because ours wasn't ready at no extra cost and we were actually checking in early and didn't charge for that either...lovely staff clean rooms and awesome breakfast...at check in they even give complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies and the were amazing...nice touch💜

I got there at 9pm to catch up a flight next day and from my first interaction it was just aggravating. The place is filthy and they have a motor cleaning machine that makes noise up to tbe room. The staff was rude and overall if you want to relax you won’t find it there. They also charge 28$ for the most basic breakfast which is unheard of. Stay away from this hotel

There was a problem with the computer system and they couldn’t check us in the gentleman at the front had a peaceful kind attitude the other two ladies look like they were frustrated and couldn’t figure out how to get out of wet paper bag. He suggested give the people a drink ticket while they are waiting. After about 20 minutes he figured some things out. If I recall correctly his name was Nick

We went to desk to book 3 rooms, the receptionist told us to book our rooms online as it would take her to long. We suggested it was her job but she refused. All this time she had her cell out and continued to have a conversation with someone other than work by the sound of it. I booked the rooms on ******* and went to the counter again, the ******* only used my card to hold the rooms , the other two would use their cards for their rooms. The person who was checking us in managed to bill all 3 rooms to my card, the manager came over and told her she had made a mistake but were unable to correct it. Somehow the hotel managed to bill me for a 4 room, the receptionist thought weneeded an extra room. Talked to the duty manager the next morning she had overheard the receptionist telling us to book online. The hotel was fine but the staff were a joke, check your credit card after you leave or just don’t go in the first place.

Not happy! No towels and rags.. I asked for them at 10am at 11pm still did not have them and then was told housekeeping going for the day. Rude RUDE RUDE NIGHT STAFF. I was there for a conference early mornings and late nights! Very unhappy! For what I paid I should’ve had towels!!

Upon arrival, there was no cart at 10:30 PM to carry luggage to the 3rd floor room we were given. We were told by the front desk clerk to "go walk around the hotel and look for one because he did not have time to do so." We were then made to carry luggage for 2 adults and 3 kids w no cart. The next morning, same experience. The different front desk clerk got very nasty and asked me if I expected them to knock on all doors to find a cart. They do not offer free wifi. For the price of the room, there was no wifi, no fridge, no microwave and no cart. We just felt like we paid a lot and got very little.

The shower floor was so dirty it looked black pillows worn and sheets stained GROSS hotel not at all what website showed also was told don’t use ******* to book Hilton Hotels

This was supposed to be refunded. They did not check me in because the ax in the building was broken. You were supposed to confirm with the info I provided and refund

Slow check in. Lobby and bar area was hot and stuffy. Very noisy. Felt like I was sleeping on Highway 280
