大床睡得很好。如果您是殘疾人士並且需要藍色徽章空間，那麼祝您在這家酒店好運。所有空間都被沒有顯示藍色徽章的汽車佔據，沒有準備好的工作人員無所事事。不得不把車停在遠離入口的地方，在雨中帶著氧氣掙扎，因為我的妻子身體虛弱，氣喘吁籲。

典型的 Premier Inn 票價 - 這是一件好事。附有 Beefeater 餐廳，非常好。免費停車，從附近的哈格利路巴士站搭乘巴士約 10-15 分鐘即可到達城鎮。工作人員很好，房間寬敞，淋浴水壓很大，隨時歡迎洗澡。

參加 Crufts 後住在這裡，距離 NEC 約 30 分鐘車程。我喜歡優質 Premier，而且一如既往，這裡的房間漂亮而舒適，但有些地方有點陳舊，需要修補一下（浴室面板壞了，臥室的窗簾桿掛在牆上）。這裡的員工真的很友好，酒店免費停車，地理位置優越，早餐美味！🥐

我們是 3 月 6 日來的，大約 22:30 到達。接待處的那個人非常熱情，非常有禮貌——我們經常住在全國各地的 Premier Inns，但他是迄今為止我們遇到過的最有禮貌的接待員之一！該酒店也位於伯明翰醫院的絕佳位置，步行幾秒鐘即可到達 Beefeater 和 TGI Fridays，這真是太棒了。我們肯定會留在這兒！

為商務人員住了 2 晚，非常樂於助人，得到了很好的照顧。可愛的早餐。下班後來到酒吧，喝了一杯由非常愉快的 Corey 調製的雞尾酒，太棒了！

Rooms are the same Premier Inn standard but changes to the restaurant makes the stay far less enjoyable. Less bar choice and less choices in the Restaurant. No clients or others using this new style of Premier Inn Restaurant. The lift wasn’t working either.

The Hotel is adjacent to a pub which is currently closed to the public as it's in transition from a Beefeater to "Whatever". As a result it has a very limited food menu & generally is in need of a refurb. However, our room was what we've always come to expect from a Premier Inn, clean, spacious & comfortable. We chose this Premier Inn due to it's relatively close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. My wife was scheduled to have major surgery at the QE & as we live in Nantwich Cheshire I wanted somewhere to stay as she was expected to be in hospital for approximately a week. We had initially booked & paid for 5 nights arriving the day before as my wife needed to report to the hospital at 7:00am on the day of the surgery. However on the day of the surgery her operation was cancelled just before she was due to go to theatre. This caused a lot of upset & certainly wasn't in the right frame of mind to drive home. So we stayed for the second night before driving home. We asked at the desk about a refund for the remaining nights which was sorted for us. SO!!!! we want to give a special mention to Monique, Ken & Rachel, who could not have been more understanding & helpful. "Thank You" guys 🙏 We don't know how long it will be before my wife's surgery will be rescheduled. But, when we know, we shall definitely be re-booking this hotel.

The hotel was a bit tired. The lift wasn't working and the restaurant wasn't open in the evening for a meal. There were other options close by. Parking was easy and plentiful. It was 30 min walk to town. So convenient. It was clean and quiet. I slept well.

I stayed at this establishment when working for the company log and saws at the apf show. I have stayed at premier Inns on many occasions and never before now had a problem but this establishment is not fit to be open. The service from the staff was vague and unhelpful, not one of them seemed like they wanted to be there and on several occasions I noticed staff on their phones when they should have been working. We needed to leave to get to the show promptly every morning and the staff were informed of this every night and every morning the food was late when there were minimal people so there was no reason for this happening and on one morning it gave me food poisoning which affected my ability to work at the show. The food in the evening was late on every occasion and so bad that we chose after two evenings to eat elsewhere at extra cost because we couldn't face the food in the hotel. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel!

When booking pictures looked decent, upon arrival noticed the bit most advertised was actually shut, due to room half of it being shut down. restaurant only open to those staying but very run down limited food menu and drinks etc nothing on tap only bottles just a shame as this wasn't mentioned online. room above very noisy but that could just be down to hotel flooring sound proofing etc staff were very friendly though, comfort wise bed was horrendous and the room wasn't that clean. Shame for the location close to shops tgi fridays next door city 5 mins in taxi

They put us on the top floor whilst the lifts weren't working and the room had no window to open nor A/C working so it was hot and a horrible experience and we had a hard time sleeping

I would avoid this hotel at all costs. My stay was 08/09/2024. I walked into reception and saw two women behind the desk, one of them had earbuds in and on her phone! Already not off to a good impression. Neither seemed particularly interested or enthused to be there or serving guests. The room was not good, outdated. The carpets are stained and the windows don't open. The restaurant food was microwaved mush, not cheap either for what you get. The only positive was in the morning the room cleaners were friendly and said good morning. Next time I have to stay in the area I will book somewhere else instead.

I have been a regular visitor to the Premier Inn Hagley Road for a long time. Unfortunately the changes that have occurred as a result of Whitbread’s decision to close multiple locations has significantly affected the Premier Inn and The Duck next door which used to trade as a Beefeater. The hotel rooms are unchanged and therefore once in a room the experience is much as it used to be however I have been delayed at checkin because of a lack of staff which is not great. The Duck is completely different, offering only a limited menu is an atmosphere that is far less vibrant than it used to be. Many of the staff seemed to have changed and while I am sure what seems like a largely new team will be fine, there doesn’t seem to be enough people to deal with even the much reduced volume and Whitbread it seems have lost some staff ho ere always positive, enthusiastic and efficient.

Booked the premier inn as too meet up with friends in Brindley place for drinks and food. On arrival we were greeted by Monique and the team who were amazingly friendly and were very helpful and also helped with our taxi into Brindley place. On checkout we were again greeted with a lovely smile and felt at ease checking out 5☆.
