大床睡得很好。如果您是殘疾人士並且需要藍色徽章空間，那麼祝您在這家酒店好運。所有空間都被沒有顯示藍色徽章的汽車佔據，沒有準備好的工作人員無所事事。不得不把車停在遠離入口的地方，在雨中帶著氧氣掙扎，因為我的妻子身體虛弱，氣喘吁籲。

參加 Crufts 後住在這裡，距離 NEC 約 30 分鐘車程。我喜歡優質 Premier，而且一如既往，這裡的房間漂亮而舒適，但有些地方有點陳舊，需要修補一下（浴室面板壞了，臥室的窗簾桿掛在牆上）。這裡的員工真的很友好，酒店免費停車，地理位置優越，早餐美味！🥐

我們是 3 月 6 日來的，大約 22:30 到達。接待處的那個人非常熱情，非常有禮貌——我們經常住在全國各地的 Premier Inns，但他是迄今為止我們遇到過的最有禮貌的接待員之一！該酒店也位於伯明翰醫院的絕佳位置，步行幾秒鐘即可到達 Beefeater 和 TGI Fridays，這真是太棒了。我們肯定會留在這兒！

為商務人員住了 2 晚，非常樂於助人，得到了很好的照顧。可愛的早餐。下班後來到酒吧，喝了一杯由非常愉快的 Corey 調製的雞尾酒，太棒了！

Such amazing people with amazing personalities Nemo, Christine, Silvia and I forgot 1 more important name. Took so much care of me when I was there, very stressed over my exams but there’s smiles made everything better, them seeing me and just ask if I was okay, even remember when my last exam was aswell made me feel so much better!!

My stay was absolutely lovely, check in was easy and Ken (I believe that was his name, Worked PM reception shift 15/05/24 ) was incredibly helpful and kind. Giving advice for getting to the city centre and being very friendly. Room was cleaned by Lydia and it was cleaned to the highest standard. The team should be proud of the work they do to make guests comfortable and provide a memorable stay. From one premier inn staff to your team, thank you :)

I stayed at this hotel to go to a concert at Utilita Arena. It was my first time staying here, and I had a great time! The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and the location was perfect for my situation. Thank you Premier Inn :)

I want to compliment Rushanna on reception as she greeted us with an astounding level of professionalism, socially amazing and happy. She was happy to help us however she could. I noticed she puts a lot into working here and should be valued as a great member of the team!

The hotel was in a great location. Restaurants are near and so was a Tesco. Car park was great. Room was a PI room as expected. Only bad points were 1. The tv/remote didn’t work and we found hair in the toilet as we lifted the toilet seat for the 1st time. Check-in and out was great.

I use this particular Premier Inn as it is ideally situated near to Edgbaston where I occasionally work. I understand that it is quite reasonably priced however, it is in dire need of a make over!! The whole place is so tired looking with an awful stale smell. Cannot fault the staff at all.

My family and I had a terrible experience at this hotel as a result I am making a complaint and will inform my family and friends to avoid staying at this hotel. The staff were not friendly which is one of the reasons why I am leaving a negative review which is a shame as my family travelled from London for a family event in Birmingham and this experience spoilt my weekend. The only positive was the room however I did not have a good sleep and even left the hotel earlier than expected. We were going to purchase breakfast however decided to spend our money else because of the experience. I am awaiting response from my complaint.
