貝斯特韋斯特普拉斯犁 & 耙酒店(Best Western Plough Harrow Hotel)

我沒有什麼可以說我喜歡的，房間有臭味，窗簾後面的窗戶上有黴菌，浴室沒有混合水龍頭，黑暗和骯髒的感覺，我的主要原因是晚上有一個像樣的睡眠，而不是入住後在房間裡，但飯店缺乏基本的健康和安全設施，因為房間裡有非常糟糕的黴菌和氣味，我會說，幾個月來都沒有維護人員進行檢查。

My wife and I had a two night stay at the Plough and Harrow in room 202. It was a little way from the reception area to our room but this wasn't a big issue for us. Some areas of the hotel seemed a little dated / run down. Overall though we had a very pleasant stay, the staff we encountered were very attentive and friendly, breakfast was good and plentiful and our room and bed were very comfortable. Would happily stay again when we are next in Birmingham.

Met at reception by lovely lady, gave me all info needed. Room 205 bit of a walk from reception but was quiet, good size, amenities we're great. Room was too hot for me, had to phone reception to turn down, same lady from reception came up in few minutes to manually turn heating down as wasn't working remotely. Bathroom was nice, with shower over bath, only little moan was water pressure in shower not great. Would definitely stay again

Was pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Thought you get what you get for £54 but the rooms were fine, even if dated, very clean, bed comfy, and no traffic noise which friends were complaining of in other hotels nearby. The lady who checked me in, checked out and did breakfast was very lovely and friendly and feel nothing would be too much trouble to her.

I had one of the best stay in this hotel it amazing staff are friendly lovely and customer service oriented I appreciate all the ladies and gents at the reception and bar thank you all we appreciate

During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable. Fortunately, in the last 2 days, one of the night staff provided a portable heater to us. No apology was received from the hotel so far when we asked the update of the maintenance at the front desk. It seems the heating problem is a normal situation of the hotel. We are very disappointed of their service and follow up manner.

We stayed at the Plough & Harrow Hotel from 13th to the 16th November we were in Birmingham for my Aunts funeral, we checked in on 13th & went up to our rooms my room smelled terrible like stale cigarette smoke & my mum & her husband’s room had two single beds & she booked a double room so we all had to move to new rooms, my new room the shower didn’t work & I had to have a cold shower on my first night I rang down & asked for a extra blanket as I was freezing but they never came up with any so I was cold all night as heat didn’t come on in my room, my mum had no heat in her room either all night & rang down to Recepion & told them & they said they would put heating on but it never came on, the next morning I went down to Recepion & told them about everything & they said they would fix shower in my room & drop up an extra blanket for me which they did & I really did need extra blanket as it’s freezing in the rooms the shower worked for one shower & then didn’t work after that & my heating didn’t come on when I asked them to put it on, my mums heating worked after they fixed it but we had to keep asking them to turn it on for them & we had to ask them 5 times for an extra blanket for her room also, the day of the funeral we came back to the Hotel for soup & sandwiches & finger food which was lovely until we say mice running around everywhere which is absolutely disgusting as this is the function room for our breakfast as well, the only nice thing about this hotel is it looks l

Excellent staff at this hotel, extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was very comfortable and within easy reach of town by either a 5 minute tram ride or 20 minute walk
