伯明翰機場華美達酒店(Ramada by Wyndham Birmingham Airport)

Posted on the wall behind the counter & on the website says. Breakfast from 5:30-9:00 am. Only to get downstairs around 8:15am to find out breakfast ends at 8:00am… 😡. Fix the damn website & sign behind the counter… signed: one pissed off customer 😡

The a/c wasn’t on when we got to the room hot in room it was on as high as it would go at 8 we were trying to go to sleep as we had a Dr appointment early it was still to warm for sheet slept on top had to move bed to find a plug to plug chargers in and for my CPAP machine other than that it was good

The hundred air fresheners all around the hotel was disgusting just to mention one thing. The check in person was dressed in a not so clean white t shirt and the woman had on a hot pink cat suit. The most unprofessional front desk service people I ever saw in my life. I am still waiting on my 50 dollar deposit on week later that I was supposed to receive in 2 or 3 days.

We arrived late due to weather conditions. We had to go look for a luggage cart on our own. The interior loomed like something out of the movie The Shining. We got a contact high in the elevator. The first room we were put in had not been cleaned. When we told the desk clerk, she blamed housekeeping and gave us another room. The TV remote didnt work and there was a short in the lamp had a short in it, the entry light did not work without switching it on and off several times. The toilet flushed slow. Given our exhaustion and the attitude of the front desk clerk, we decided to just go to sleep and not make things worse.

This hotel is close to the airport and at the same time is a very short commute to the train/bus station. Besides having a great location in regards to transportation hubs, it is clean, offers breakfast, and is reasonable priced. A friendly, informed staff were also available to offer advice on how to get around town as well.

The room itself was not bad. However, the hotel was dirty and smelled and run downed. One of the laird that worked there seemed bothered when I asked for clean towels even though she wasn’t doing anything but sitting down.

It was horrible. There was no pool service none of the front desk workers was polite had to move rooms two times sheets was dirty room was nasty
