Great place, have stayed before and always enjoy the location and convenience of the hotel. Only reason I dropped one star is because it took us 3 attempts to make a room service order. The first time I was told the payment card wasn’t on file. I then went down to reception to rectify this where the receptionist took my order and said they’d send to the kitchen. An hour passed and we called again to find out the order wasn’t passed on so we had to re-order. It then took a while longer so we had to call again to chase after which it took a further 20minutes. Slightly disappointing as it meant we were eating later and messed with our dinner booking timings.
