很棒，非常乾淨。房間雖小，但我們很喜歡。我住的是沒有窗戶的房間，不過我覺得這沒什麼問題。一切都很清新。唯一不太滿意的是浴室是淋浴房，所以洗澡的時候很難避免弄濕洗手台、馬桶，甚至整個房間。

服務真是太棒了！我到飯店的時候，他們告訴我電梯壞了，我的房間在二樓，只是個普通的臥室，所以他們說可以幫我換到一樓的公寓式客房，這簡直太驚喜了，我非常感激。我體驗了一把公寓式客房的感覺，真是太棒了，我太喜歡這家飯店了。我來這裡很久了，我真的愛上了這裡。飯店位置很方便，離市中心很近，而且價格也很實惠，所以我覺得如果你在尋找價格親民又有奢華感的酒店，一定要來這裡。

I booked this hotel in Birmingham for my parents, but their first night in the UK was very disappointing. The elevator was broken without any prior notice, and the receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly. Even after my parents showed their booking confirmation, they were still made to spell their names again and again in a rude manner. My parents don’t speak much English and came here to enjoy their first trip to the UK. Instead of a warm welcome, the experience left them feeling stressed and uncomfortable.

Great location in the jewellery quarter with everything we needed within walking distance. Room was spotless, although slightly small but perfect for an overnight stay. We would definitely stay again

Was little bit cramped but great comfort and entertainment need to always check their amenities
