Room tired, e.g.toilet stained, fridge didn't work, broken chair. Biggest issue was heating - sudden extremely loud noise started (sounded like a helicopter landing). Called reception and asked for new room, told that maintenance would come and bleed radiators. Solved issue for only half an hour, then the noise started again. We were then given a different room which was okay until 7.30am next morning when the same heating noise from a neighbouring room woke us up. So disappointed, and not even a gesture as an apology.
