塞特貝格旅館(Setberg Guesthouse)

The apartment was on the ground floor, comfortable and very clean. There were 2.5 bathrooms (one full with shower and tub, one full with shower, and one with just toilet). It was great for us traveling with elderly parents who were moving slow and walking with a walker. The seating and dining area was small but very adequate. The hallways were wide and the bathroom with shower was large enough for the one of us on a walker to get around very comfortably. Highly recommend for anyone needing a place that is walker-friendly.

Very clean facility. Wish there was a bigger common area, but that’s fine. Warm room and clean bedding. We didn’t have any issue getting a hold of the bathroom whenever we needed to thankfully.

Quiet, and had everything we needed. Normally we prefer whole place, or hotel rooms, but this guest house had 2.5 bathrooms for 4 guest rooms, so no waiting for bathrooms at all ever.

We had a lovely stay at Setburg Guesthouse - it is cosy but very well-appointed and thought out. We can highly recommend it to future guests.

Hofn is not the best place to find a hotel and the Setberg Guesthouse is a good alternative. It is much better value for money and sharing a shower bathroom was not problematic. In good weather, I think the view would have been excellent. A word of warning: bring your own food to cook (including breakfast) or eat before arrival as there are no shops or restaurants nearby
