The place was very rundown the rooms was filthy smells of damp missing tiles on the ceiling and the beds was disguising this is the picture of the fed 🤢

Ich kann das Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Bei meinem Aufenthalt (wir hatten drei Zimmer gebucht) waren alle Zimmer in einem miserablem Zustand mit Schimmel- und Feuchtigkeitsflecken an den Wänden, die Heizung wurde nur stundenweise angestellt und die Zimmer waren so kalt, dass wir gefroren haben. Duschen hingegen war nicht möglich, da nur kochend heißes Wasser war. Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig und fleckig. Die Krönung war, dass die Klospülung in einem Zimmer nicht funktionierte und dies trotz Meldung an die Rezeption nicht behoben wurde. Die Betreiber schienen überhaupt nicht interessiert zu sein, die Situation zu ändern. Es wird weder auf Sauberkeit noch auf den Komfort der Gäste geachtet. Für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten, ein absolutes No-go!

First impressions we felt we weren't wanted the way the old man spoke to us, the rest of the staff were lovely. Especially the female cleaner she couldn't do enough for us. I just wish we saw her before we left to thank her as she was amazing. The meals were all lovely and nice seeing other none kitchen staff helping out due to being short staffed. They need a medal for being a team member and making meal times run smoothly. Beds were like bricks and springs were digging into your back so I never slept at all. The pillows are fit for the bin flat and feel bubbly I ended up using a travel neck pillow to attempt to sleep on. The false roof kept moving when it was windy. The bathroom was small enough to be a cleaning cupboard. We were unable to use the shower as there was a massive step so unsafe to use, we ended up having wash downs instead, not ideal really. they also put a sink right in front of it and only just big enough gap to get to the toilet. The drains stunk and reported having issues with the toilet but nothing was done about it. We will never go back again.

Where to start. let’s start with the best first because credit where credit is due . The chef she was brilliant! I am gluten free vegetarian and she was amazing nothing was a problem and I looked forward to my food 5 stars for me for this lady ! Waiting staff …lovely nothing a problem they put there hand to everything in the building to waiter /bingo caller /bar (one man I seems to be so one things ) again brilliant Ok let down . Lady in reception not welcoming just looks at you with a blank look (maybe not a people person ) Do not book this hotel for none of the reasons above as the staff cant change the decor but do not book it if you have standard above smelling hostel . My toilet was the size of a box and smelled of pee . The carpets and filthy tables filthy toilets in the bar …no words . My dad is 86 we booked this through Breaks to go and he’s lively and looked to reminisce his years he had spent when my mum was still here and it was so sad that we look him and it was this place he looked forward to it from the start of the year and we are gutted this is where we were . Again I can’t stress enough about the nice staff but don’t do it ! I felt sorry for the folk I seem getting off the bus today !

How this place has 3 and half stars is beyond me its absolutely terrible it stunk the place was filthy like homeless standards I felt like I was itching all week the carpets are vile dirty hair in plug holes filth from people who had been there before,there was dirty washing on the floor for days on the landing I can’t tell you how horrible the place was and how dirty it was!!! Do NOT book here spend a little bit more and go 3 doors down.

Apart from the waiting staff and the chef who were nice, the hotel is a no go area. The smell in the hotel is awful and everything in this hotel needs to be renewed. Thought this tour would be good for my wee dad I was totally wrong I will do my research next time.

Tried to cancel as was involved in an RTC on route to Blackpool and now staying in hospital instead. Request was declined. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't even allow a date change

This hotel was booked at the last minute after a cancellation. First, the good bit…..the location. Being on Albert Road it’s a short walk to shops/beach. The bad…..everything else. Greeting on arrival was rude. Decor is tired/dated. Cooking smells permeate the entire building. The room was in need of a serious update: carpet was filthy and hadn’t seen a hoover for a while, surfaces were dirty and stained, hairdryer didn’t work, bathroom blinds were broken, curtains were broken/dirty, ‘view’ was affected by very dirty windows, sink not attached to wall, bathroom fittings were rusty, water didn’t run away in sink, bathroom floor was uneven…..could go on. There was a note in the bathroom asking residents to not get water on the floor as it would leak into the room below. This is unacceptable. Just because something is cheap doesn’t mean that you can’t get the basics right. A lick of paint and some occasional maintenance might help. I really feel for people who have booked this hotel for their main holiday or for any longer than we stayed.

We managed get 2 rooms for the 5 of us. Upon arrival, their WiFi didn't work whatsoever. The bathroom light didn't work. Not very clean. It needs a major revamp.. very outdated. One of the worst hotels we've ever stopped in. Definitely wont be revisiting. Only good thing was the location to coral island.

AVOID !!! Where to start !!!! We had three rooms within two hours. The first two rooms had windows that did not close properly and the rooms were freezing. The hotel needs lots of work done and the whole place is filthy. The photos on the website are not recent. Food edible but cheap and basic. Our towels were not replaced, the coffee and sugar were not replenished and the bin was not emptied during our stay. We were due to stay for and only lasted two. Our second morning there my mum woke up with loads of bites, when we stripped back the covers we found bed bugs !!! We left and had to pay for another hotel for the rest of our stay.

A lovely hotel great location friendly staff great value for money good entertainment definitely stay again no problems at all

Only 4 out of 5 as we couldn’t get the telly to work yes decor outdated but room was very clean and spacious staff who we met were spot on didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that value for money for one night

Clean beds average breakfast evening meal trash everything frozen or tinned brown bread mouldy insects in brown sauce we picked it because we were told evening entertainment there was nothing on for 5 nights the smell coming from the carpet's and the colour of them is disgusting only warm water in the room if you go buy coach trip given Lower room good rooms higher they have a resident there he is disgusting 🤢 appearance wise
