亨森酒店(Henson Hotel)

Just don’t know were to start on entering reception the staff was not professional not dressed appropriately they were all smoking by the entrance door cigarette buts everywhere they had no manager he ran off with £5000 pounds and never been seen since owner was on holiday abroad. I booked a three night stay over the new year with my wife daughter and my 72 year old disabled sister there was no room for her disability gold away scooter on entering the room the smell was very strong like musky as if it had never been cleaned my shoes was sticking to the laminate flooring the beds had not been changed there was food buried in to the sheets large urine stains and blood all over the mattress when I told the supposed staff there reply was that all the rooms beds are the same all stained when he turned it over it was worse blood poo he said he as asked the owner to buy new ones he never did the taps was hanging off hairs all over the sink plug’s hanging off the wall wallpaper repped the in side of the quilt was completely stained brown and smelt terrible we supposed to be having breakfast included but there wasn’t any body to do it . it was hart breaking watching my wife crying and this was supposed to be a pick me up for my wife after just loosing her father we spent all evening searching for accommodation after paying £600 at the Henson we booked into the big blue hotel costing £450 for the one night and the next day we went home we had a dinner and show evening booked for new year.that’s all I am asking is my money back I have phoned the hotel numerous times but the owner just doesn’t reply I have emailed him showing the photos of the rooms but still no reply they take our hard earned money and there not bothered the reason why I have written a long review is so no body as to go through the same thing.

很棒的酒店，地理位置優越，如果要騎燈或享受海灘的樂趣，價格便宜，令人愉快，不是麗茲酒店，但非常適合在漫長的一天后低下頭來，我們甚至還可以看到海景。 ..明年見👍👍

The staff. Brilliant. So helpful, Plus pints. Staff Free parking Warm rooms Bar Comfy beds Huge bathroom Lifts Location Clean Fridge in room Lots of tea/coffee for stay Price! Quiet. Response from owners/staff when messaged. Black out curtains Great sized rooms Ok points. Still a work on progress. You can see they’re trying to update from a scary 80’s decor and making it modern. They’re doing a fab job. Toilet door. Loud when closing in middle of night. (I’m a light sleeper so it’s not a big issue. Hotel was quiet otherwise even when bar had music on.) Room storage. If you’re there for more than a couple of nights and want to unpack it’s limited space. But then we were 3 big people so always struggle with space! Final points? We didn’t try breakfast. It’s continental and looked good but wg beans was calling me! The bar had a good selection of drinks and you can take to room. Takeaways deliver if you don’t want to eat in town. You have key fir room and front door if staying out late. Tv remote is £10 hire but if you can use tv buttons? You don’t need it. Proximity to pleasure beach was why we booked and just over £20pp/pn? Bargain. We will return on budget breaks to blavkpool.

Me and my family loved going here everyone was friendly and helpful they covered all of our needs under new management and updating hotel it's really nice and clean new fluffy pillow we have booked again we can't wait to come back and stay again thankyou for a nice warm and friendly place for us and our family we appreciate everything 😊

VERY NICE HOTEL IT WAS THE NEW MANAGERS FIRST DAY WHEN I CHECKED IN AND IF THATS HIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THE HOTEL WILL ONLY GO FROM STRENGHT TO STRENGHT THANKS ADAM THE ASSISTANT MANAGER ON THE BAR RYAN WAS VERY FUNNY AND ENTERTAINING WE STAYED IN ALL NIGHT BECAUSE OF HIM THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED IN IT AND ALTHOUGH I BOOKED A SMALL DOUBLE IT WAS STILL A FULL SIZE BED AND THE ROOM WAS PLENTY BIG ENOUGH I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL AND WILL BE STAYING AGAIN

Cons- staff member was nice Negs- stayed in room 19 AVOID, looks like stevie wonder did a paint job on it, everything was old and falling apart, pillows were absolutely GROSS, Kettle was on a table 4 foot away from a plug socket, shower was falling apart, headboard was minging, plug sockets coming away from the walls, obviously these reviews didn’t stay in room 19 lol as a whole the place was a dump and Blackpool as become so run down it was sad to see,

Very nice hotel, free parking close to the beach. Continental breakfast rooms are clean and tidy. Manager and staff is always happy to help us close to south train station five minutes from Sandcastle waterpark, two minute walk to pleasure beach five minute drive to Blackpool town centre
