顯然，這是一家經濟型酒店，兩個人住一晚很便宜，前台晚上 8 點就關門了，所以沒有酒吧設施，沒有台球桌，也沒有遊戲室，這很煩人，雙人房間很小，床乾淨舒適，但是沒睡著，天氣下著傾盆大雨，我知道這無能為力，但是房間上方的排水溝壞了，所以沒睡著，歐式

入住亨森酒店之前我有點擔心，但抵達後，所有工作人員都非常友好和熱情。床很舒服，雖然有點吱吱作響，但很舒服。房間很乾淨，但有點灰塵。 價格合適，會再住。

距離黑潭北站稍遠，但房間非常寬敞。雖然不是超豪華飯店，但非常乾淨舒適。飯店還設有電梯。 亨森酒店距離車站和市中心稍遠，所以如果您帶著大行李箱，最好搭乘計程車。 飯店有公車和電車，所以即使晚上也不用擔心。

我和我的伴侶在那裡住了五天，這是我們第一次來布萊克浦。儘管當時正在裝修，電梯也壞了，但工作人員和老闆都非常友好，你根本看不出他們有多專業😊 一開始房間有點亂，但很快就解決了😊 還會再來的

We spent a night at the Henson Hotel (Jul 2 - Jul 3) and had a lovely time. The location is absolutely fantastic, especially if you are looking to explore the nearby coast and local attractions—the views right outside are great! The facilities were clean, the service was welcoming, and it served as the perfect base for a quick getaway. Would definitely consider staying here again for another coastal trip.

I'm sure the staff try and maybe the cleaner didn't realise that my room wasn't cleaned. The drinking mugs were dirty, bin hadn't been emptied, table had crumbs on it, there was a scarce amout of tea, sugar, 1milk portion and no coffee. The gentleman who was on duty kindly gave me a supply. The only thing that looked OK was the fact my bed was made.My door to my room wouldn't lock, so i really couldn't leave my room, obviously this is a security issue. The stairwell is grim, dirty very outdated. Looks like all floors have had a quick coat of white paint. Maybe their in the process of redecoration? All I ever expect is a clean, comfortable warm room. I'm only mentioning these facts to help people can make a fair choice, whether they choose this hotel or not. I'm only stating my experience. Nope! I will not be staying in the Henson Hotel again. I do not recommend it at all. Thanks for topping my beverage supply up
