海邊賓館(By the Seaside)

Our Son Craig and his girlfriend Nichola booked this for us and our friends to celebrate New Year. It’s one of the best B&B’s we have ever stayed in, Stephen & Denise, the owners making our stay that little bit more special and were the perfect hosts. The accommodation is beautiful, beds super comfortable and very, very clean. The breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day. We will definitely be booking again 10/10.

Loved this B&B. Our room was ready on arrival. This is just what Blackpool needs. A lovely clean and modern place to stay. Our room was on the top floor, it was a small double but we knew that when we booked it. There is a lovely seaside theme running throughout the guest house which is great. Denise is so warm and friendly. We wanted for nothing. Minibar in the room, Alexa, complimentary water, bathrobes, toiletries and a lovely warm cosy room. Breakfast was plentiful. All cooked fresh to order. It was perfect.. There is a tram stop at the end of the road but it’s only a short walk to the town centre. There is also a car park nearby. We’ve booked to come back later in the year and are thrilled to have found this little gem. Thank you for having us ‘By The Seaside’.

A very welcoming guest house from the moment you walk in to the really nice clean and very very well appointed with lovely decor and a lovely bar area very inviting rooms and the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a Blackpool guest house would definitely come and agin a credit to Steve & Denise 👍👍👍👍

Having visited Blackpool for the last 35 years, By The Seaside, hosted by most attentive owner, Denise, is the best place I’ve stayed. Quirky, seaside themed rooms , excellent breakfast and a well stocked bar, nothing was too much for Denise and her assistant. We will be returning in September for another stay. Couldn’t fault our stay and would highly recommend staying here without a doubt. Thanks Denise, you really made us feel welcome and we will see you again soon. Excellent service at this guestbhouse. Very warmly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, Denise and Steve. Best choice at breakfast we have ever had in a guest house and lots of extras put in the rooms. Well done to our hosts!

Fantastic friendly hosts & staff. You couldn’t wish for a better room & facilities. They have a lovely bar in there if you wish to drink before you go out. Taxi service from there arrive quickly if you don’t fancy the 10 min walk to the centre. Breakfast was very good with loads on offer to cater for everyone. I don’t usually leave reviews but these guys certainly are worthy of one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a stay in Blackpool. But don’t do it when I return lol I'll be returning 100%!!!!

My wife & I stayed for a long weekend in late October 23 at 'by the seaside' and we had a lovely stay at this exceptional guesthouse. On arrival we were warmly greeted by Denise who took our bags to the room despite arriving very early. Our room (room 3) was very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean with some thoughtful touches such as a small fridge (stocked with goodies), tea & coffee facilities, echo dot, aromatic diffuser etc. In the evening we took advantage of the bar area, which was also tastefully decorated and enjoyed the company of other guests where we also met Stephen, the other 1/2 of the business. The following morning, at breakfast, we were met with a full range of breakfast options including the option of a full English, which was fabulous. This was our first time staying there but several guests were frequent repeat guests and I can see why. Everything was 1st class from beginning to end.

What an amazing accommodation with superior decor and interior. Exceptional rooms with everything you could ask for including mini bar in fridge. The bed was the comfiest bed we have ever slept on in all the years we have been going away. Absoloutly superb. Denise the host was as always, friendly,cheerful and made my husbands birthday weekend great. Thankyou we will definately be back soon xxx⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best place in Blackpool I have stayed! Denise is a fab host who’s duties now include picking her newly greeted guests up off the floor after I tripped!! 😂. Breakfast here is tremendous! Eggs Benedict a must! The full English was lovely but too big for me!! Beautiful CLEAN comfy rooms (ours room 2 & had a view of the sea) sorry Denise you ain’t seen the last of us!! We will book again soon for next October. Thanks for a fabulous stay and thank the lovely lass that served us in the morning 🥰
