布萊克浦帝國酒店的評價

這是一間很有歷的酒店，但是內部裝修很舊，我不知道怎樣可以有4星。地點不錯，有美麗嘅海景，可惜要求了海景房但酒店沒有提供。

酒店很舊，床鋪也很舊，入住的時候房間門口放着之前房客留下的各種杯子，臨走了還沒收走，對面看看大海還行

出門就是海灘 但是我們去的那幾天是什麼節假日 所以路上人不多 酒店很有歷史，配備的物品也都應有盡有 推薦一下

酒店服務佳，但裝修及設施很舊。上層住客走路時地板發出聲音有點恐怖。幾十年前可能是4星酒店，但今時今日不知為何仍值4星。

房間舒適，早餐好食。

This hotel is worth the money you pay to stay for a night.the beds are reasonably comfortable. good location right opposite the tram .good baths with plenty of hot water.

The hotel appears attractive from the outside, but the interior is quite run-down. The sanitary conditions were poor, and the front desk service was very disappointing. It took nearly an hour to check in, which caused us to miss our scheduled attractions and led to financial loss. Not recommended.

Hotel is clean and service excellent...will be back next year summer ya..

Really pleasant stay at the Imperial hotel. Location is excellent right on the promenade about 7 minutes walk to north pier. Room was good quality for the price i paid. Comfortable bed, daily housekeeping. Tea / coffee making facilities in room.

Convenient, clean, and perfect for family stay.. Breakfast nice. Staff friendly.

Having used this venue for overnight stays on several occasions we keep coming back as it covers most of the bases for a short break in Blackpool and will continue to make it our first choice for Blackpool. Having all of the amenities that you would expect, the reception staff are always polite and helpful and the property is usually reasonably priced for what it offers. if I had to say anything negative it would be that it is a long walk for older members of the family to get into the centre however there are multiple options available by way of public transport in that instance.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel,food was lovely and so were the staff.This hotel is very big with lifts upto all the floors.Very clean and not to far from the piers.A tram to take you to the beach ,pleasure beach and town centre.Would give this hotel 10/10

Asked reception for fan Said will bring to room am still waiting for it. To busy worried about stupid wedding more important then the other guess in the hotel. So room was OK boiling hot no fan so won't stay again. Breakfast was **** gone down hill charge £17.95 for that **** rock hard eggs no fried bread now bacon all stuck together. And woman fat with black hair not white with stupid name cannot pronounce needs sacking Cummin over as trying get jam. Toast asking OK. Like we don't no how to make toast just stood there groping at us.

對這家酒店非常失望，我們預訂它的唯一原因是它聲稱它有一個游泳池。當我們到達時，發現游泳池自疫情爆發之前就沒有開放過，接待員說大酒店有一個向公眾開放的游泳池。我的回答是，如果我想使用飯店的游泳池，我會預訂大飯店，而對方表示，我們預訂帝國飯店的唯一原因是為了讓孫子使用游泳池。當我們聯繫格蘭特酒店，詢問是否可以使用他們的游泳池時，他們說不可以，游泳池不對酒店的公眾居民開放，所以接待員完全搞錯了，我們充分利用了在布萊克浦的時間，我們的孫子玩得很開心，但不能去游泳讓他很不開心。酒店本身非常陳舊。工作人員只是站在那裡一直說話，服務非常差，要求的早餐非常便宜，至於我們在哪裡吃早餐，我去過更好的工人咖啡館
