Hotel was nice but room was cold and thermostat only went to 75 degrees. This is a personal preference but the mattress was hard. Breakfast was expensive and terrible. Not a big deal but all the shakers, one hole and multi hole, had salt and no pepper. Bright side of stay is the staff was amazing and so kind and friendly.

The staff was wonderful and so sweet with my dog. I purchased a drink and appetizer from the bar in the evening and everything tasted good. I was assigned a first floor room which is always nice with a pet but unfortunately it was by the elevator and my dog was very paranoid with the noise of people coming and going. There was ample room to walk my pet outside and the area was clean but the waste disposal container was full to overflowing and I had to leave my pet’s waste on top with a pile of others. I felt bad about doing that but didn’t have a choice. Overall I would recommend this property to stay in. The rooms were clean and the lobby and patio area were well maintained. If you are a pet owner I would recommend asking for a room away from the elevators (especially on the first floor) to help your pet feel at ease in a strange place.

It was not clear to us nor many others that the breakfast buffet set up in the lobby was not included in the stay. I can’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel when breakfast buffet wasn’t included. I found it expensive, especially considering most of the hot food was empty each time we attempted to get something.

Upon my arrival, I found the room to smell like stale cigarette smoke and the beds were made but in a sloppy manner. I did have to complain about the tv not working and an issue in the bathroom. The staff did address these issues promptly. Overall, the room just did not feel very clean and I would expect more for the prices.

I stayed only one night but everything was great! Clean and quiet room. Nice fitness area. Justin who worked as both bartender and dining room server was hard working and a genuinely nice young man. He represented your hotel well.

Very clcose to Virginia Tech. Property was clean and parking was easy The hotel made me feel safe and secure during my stay. I wpuld recommend this hotel to others and would return for a future stay.

Property is fine, ******* is really cheating to their customers. Things like breakfast was included in rent and room type is selected but when we check in at hotel it’s not as per the expectation. really disappointed…
