Have stayed here several times over the years and will happily return again. Reasonably close to the airport (though not really walkable). Just a 5-minute drive. Ticks all the boxes for a work trip without any unnecessary luxuries. Rooms are quiet - even the ones facing the main road. WiFi fast and reliable. Free parking. Rooms clean. Breakfast o.k. Restaurant has a choice of French and international dishes, with the sort of quality and presentation I would expect in France. A special mention to Alexandrine at the front desk - who could not have been more helpful - and Neil in the restaurant for great service and advice.

The first time we visited in July 2023 for 1 night the A/C didn’t work. The restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday so we had to order Uber eats. The second time we visited in August 2023 there was hair all over the shower shampoo dispensers. The hotel café menu is very limited.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons et cette fois ci la dernière. Les deux séjours ont été catastrophiques. Nous étions dans une chambre Exécutive (219), enfin elle n’avait d’exécutive que le nom. La chambre était spacieuse mais nécessite vraiment un rafraîchissement. Les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur des standards Holiday Inn. Cette chambre tout comme celle que nous avions eu le séjour d’avant nécessite d’être rénovée. Nous n’avons rien dormi car la ventilation faisait un bruit de malade toute la nuit. Nous n’avons rien dormi, même avec des boules Quies. Impossible de l’éteindre, même en appuyant sur le bouton Stop. Au Check out, nous l’avons signalé et apparemment nous n’étions pas les seuls à n’avoir rien dormi à cause de ça. La réception a eu plusieurs plaintes à ce sujet. Le faux plafond de la salle de bain était littéralement en train de tomber, il était décroché à un endroit. Le coffrage sous le lavabo n’était ni fait ni à faire, il tenait juste par suspension sur le tuyau du lavabo. Le mur a côté du lit était plein de taches jaunâtres ( café ? ) Il y avait un mégot usagé coincé dans la fenêtre lorsque nous l’avons ouverte. Le mini bar n’est pas coffré, et s’est mis à vrombir tôt le matin puis s’est arrêté, ce qui nous a également empêché de dormir. L’abattant du toilette était mal fixé et de travers. Le téléphone des toilettes est en bon état mais très vintage. Il n’y avait aucun livret d’accueil et il n’y avait qu’un jeu de serviettes pour 2 personnes. Bref, mis à part le lobby et le bar qui eux ont été rénovés, le reste de l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur.

Hotels are limited in Toulouse. This one is near the airport and requires a 5 minute walk to the rail system, a 20 minute ride to the metro and a 5 minute metro to reach city center, but it costs less that 4 euros round trip. The room was as described and met our needs. That's really what a hotel room is supposed to do.

clean, friendly last minute notices of no shuttle for airport in the early morning and the restaurant was closed for the hours I was there.

The room was too hot and the A/C control did nothing to adjust the temperature. the mini-fridge was removed from my room - probably was broken and not replaced. The staff at the front desk couldn't care less - I called to report 1-2 issues with the room, never heard back unless I called again. I asked for an e-copy of my bill, gave my email address, never got one. The IHG wed site is primitive - no e-copy of the bill, no way to contact the hotel via email. I could go on and on. the only bright spots were that the room was clean and the breakfast was good - I guess I should be thankful for the room being clean. If you are American, just go with an American hotel brand - European ones are just "not there".

Great option if you need to cath a plain early in the morning. Very friendly and helpfull staff. we had a good sleep in comfortable bed. Free shuttle during the day and big parking to park your car. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant the night before, good fresh food and server very nice. We will come back to this hotel!
