I was not happy with the attitude of the receptionist.

Our bartender was Anna. She was fantastic. We talked with her like we had known her for years. Awesome bartender.

I was there for a conference. The air conditioner in my room didn't work and after mentioning to reception she sent maintenance who turned it up high and left the room. my shower flooded the entire bathroom floor and there is no meal service at the location at all despite a lovely menu on the website. There is only 1 working elevator which is incredibly slow. My colleague had lipstick on her hand towel in the bathroom and oil and hair on her pillow. Not what one would expect.

Hotel from Hell. The staff is rude and they lie and then deny, haybo. The room is smelly, the carpet is dirty, I do not even wanna start with bed bugs, my skin has been itchy from day 1. The food is HORRIBLE, nothing is better, breakfast, lunch and dinner the same nonsense. Do not book this hotel, the curtain rails are broken, there is no security and lift accessible to anyone whether you stay at this hotel or not. What a terrible time I had, sies.

Worst experience ever! Dirty and run-down establishment. The carpet is filthy. Absolutely disgusting. The bed is super uncomfortable with stained pillow covers. The towels are off white. The food is inedible. You would do yourself a favour by booking in a chain hotel when in Bloemfontein

Shower glass dirty, tub discolored, cold water at night & Water runs down the bathtub when showering

The stay was very bad, the hallway was unclean and un-swept, the furniture old, bathrooms very old. And zinc had a permanent dark stain. I would not recommend it, especially for that price!!
