When I arrived, I was hoping to see new changes/improvements from my previous stay. But it's like the status of the hotel is going down. It's clean yes but the food is terrible. Dinning hall is still old furniture and dull, please do better because you get paid.

Since i checked in there was no water in the toilet, boom in the morning i bathed with cold water😡 there was no hot water. Also this place is nolonger being maintained, old furniture, even the bed matrasses are very old

This was my first time staying here. The reception staff was rude. The room felt very dirty to a point where I did felt I needed to clean to toilet before I could use it. There is lot of small damages to the room especially in the bathroom. The lamps in the room is absolutely horrible to work under. There is no sound damping in the rooms. I drove from PTA at 4am the day I arrived and I had to lie awake until everything calmed down around 1am. The only part that is making up is that they had a decent air con in the room. Would not recommend the is better place is Bloemfontein to stay. This is not worth it for over R 1 000 per night.

I took my girlfeiend flr 5 years anniversary in a relationship. I tokm her by a suprise by saying i have a voucher of bon hotwl and it will expire soon. I am loyal member of bonami. So i used my vouchers to make her happy

Found out after using the toilet that it does not flush, found out just before a shower that there is no hot water. Really bad experience. Just could not wait to get out of there. Hotel is cheap for a reason

Friendly staff, good food, excellent service. I used their shuttle services for a week. One day the manager himself drove me to the place of work. A very comfortable place to stay.

Good facility located near key points like a shopping mall with easy access from the ground floor, which makes it easier to find anything you may need

We enjoyed our long weekend... The lady in the Reception welcomed us very warm... The room was clean till we checked out

Everything was in order; the rooms were clean and big enough to accommodate. We never had a breakfast. The problem is only housekeepers, they don't have a respect for guests please educate them
