Good hotel in a convenient location. Will definitely stay there again

Everything you can imagine they will accommodate for you. Amy and Dennis are awesome, they go above and beyond to help you with your needs. You don’t find employees with extremely nice attitude willingness and enthusiasm to help! I’m so happy to have decided to stay at this Hilton. This will be my main place to stay from now on every time I visit Minneapolis St Paul.

The customer service was outstanding. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. I had to go else where for food. There wasn't much of a section and way over priced The remote for the TV had a long delay at times and wad was really frustrated by the fact that the TV gave you the channels that were available but did not tell you what was playing on the channel. You had to click on the channel to see what was playing on the channel and with the delay with the remote it took forever to see what was playing on each channel to find something I was actually interested in watching.

I paid over 200 dollars for the Executive room and the room was not what was advertised at all. Very disappointing. Only had 1 elevator working so there was a line for the elevator. A line for the elevator? Think about that. I was in a situation where I was getting ready for a wedding and I had to walk up 10 stories. Unacceptable. If you ever want me to use this again I need at least half of what I paid. Your very customer Tony

The staff were great. The shuttle drivers were very professional and courteous. The rooms were very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was extremely accommodating in letting us check in early! We also appreciated the shuttle from the airport.

The thing I really didn’t like is they force you to leave a deposit that was more than the room cost for “incidentals”. I have no idea what this means but it’s a scam. Having to leave $160 for incidentals? Insane and totally unacceptable.
