Place is clean and well maintained. Staff, except for Joe(night shift) we're professional and attentive. Slight mix up by staff on our reservation, but they took responsibility and corrected the issue promptly. The interaction with Joe, however was less than ideal. I found him to be curt and unprofessional. Everyone else was great though.

It is a very funky cool hotel. The room decor was unique, and the workout facility was very nice.

The decor in the hotel and rooms was cool! The Lars bar was fun!

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect!! If we need to stay in Mpls again, we’d choose this hotel!!!

This is our favorite hotel for quick family getaways. Rooms are cute and clean. Food at the restaurant is good and the pool is great!

It is an older hotel building, but kept up, clean and smelled great! The decor is cool and comfortable. We went to breakfast on Friday morning and got the breakfast buffet, it was bad, food hadn’t been changed out. When we told the waitress she admitted they hadn’t change the food b/c of low numbers. She did not offer a discount or reimbursement. Took it up with the front desk and was able to get credit to their pantry store. Overall nice clean place but not a fancy newer hotel.

It was one of the best places I’ve stayed in quite some time. Affordable, clean, quiet, easy to get to and still close to things. And the bed was super comfortable!

Clean room and hallways. Pool area with lots of seating. Nice spacious rooms.

I would definitely stay here again. This was a family-friendly hotel, and the staff was very friendly. I loved the style of this hotel.

This is seriously the cutest place. The people are so kind. The location makes most of the Metro accessible within a short drive. You’ll be glad you booked here.

I didn’t like walking into my room and finding a dirty rag that still hasn’t been handled by management. And the breakfast was very lacking in freshness

The best hotel I’ve stayed at Ave us affordable! The fitness center was perfect the pool was sparkling!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I don’t know if that is the way this whole chain of hotels are but I’m content with finding out. Ave the customer service was excellent!! After checking in he asked if I needed anything I said no and he said please don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything and I could tell he meant it.

Pool side room was nice but loud at 8 a.m. nice simple breakfast buffet. Pillows could be better I believe but overall a very nice stay and will stay again in the future.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The rooms were very pretty and very clean. The only issue I found was the AC unit. I set it to cool @ 63 degrees before going to sleep. My partner and I woke up covered in sweat and realized the AC unit wasn’t working, it was 80 degrees in our room! We couldn’t figure out why it kept pushing out hot air while it was set to cool. Even when it was turned off it still kept running 80 degrees. We decided to just leave early because we couldn’t go back to bed in that heat. Otherwise it was a fine stay.
