伍爾弗漢普頓公園廳酒店及水療中心(Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton)

Paid for a king superior room that transpired to be smaller than a Premier inn room. It was room 111 with 2 of the 3 sealed double glazed blown with internal condensation . There was just enough room to walk around the bed,. If you want to watch TV then you’ll be watching it from your bed either sat on the end or sat up on it. There’s a fixed desk with 1 chair pushed under it as directly below the TV. Reception said it was correct .I got conned the photos advertising this property and won’t be returning here again

Cleanliness was ok - other than all mirrors were extremely streaky. Service - just wasn’t that great, explained that the WiFi wasn’t working on the tv in the bedroom to be told ‘if it’s not working, use your phones personal hotspot’ £100+ for one nights stay & dismissed when asked for help. Did not use any of the amenities. All in all it was ok but maybe next time would book a premier inn etc for half the price & friendlier service.

Das erste Zimmer war ein Upgrade und sehr schön. Allerdings funktionierten Fernseher und Telefon nicht. Das nächste Zimmer war kleiner aber alles hat funktioniert. Im Großen und Ganzen liegt das Hotel sehr schön, allerdings gab es Nachts viel Krach durch andere Gäste.

Does not look like the pictures. Had to be moved rooms due to window seals not working and rooms freezing. Were firstly told to turn heating up to over 30 degrees. After being moved rooms. Lights etc did not work in the new room. Cleaner didn’t turn up to clean the room on the first day. Using spa facilities the pool and hot tub was freezing cold.

Nice stay as it's been many years since I last stayed. The room was nice only pity fur been a listed building there lift. Only one thing the overall room was clean and tidy pity they not done the same behind TV . The wall was dug out and should be be plastered bk to hide the hole.

As soon as arrived reception staff,where very respectful and helpful would definitely recommend friends and family,and I will be definitely returning in the near future 😀

The Hotel is nice, serene environment, nice staff, lovely amenities for lodgers. Lovely place I must say

Hotel overall looks beautiful. Was disappointed as found dirty socks and wrappers in our room. Also you get complimentary use of health club facilities but due to maintenance issues only gym was available during our stay. One of the main reasons we had booked here was to use pool ect. Would stay again when all amenities are available to try

Very nicely decorated hotel and got a good deal using trip, nice and clean room with comfy bed
