Truthfully I’m only giving them one star because they don’t room to locals “no exceptions “. I live here but I’m not from here. I wasn’t looking to throw a party or cause any trouble. I had about two days worth of plumbing work needed done to my house and needed somewhere to stay in the meantime. According to ******* customer service the Hotel is being uncooperative in getting my refund for the reservation they canceled on there end.

New user Booked through ******* not knowing ******* does not physically interview their engaged properties. Not one ******* person would represent or stay the night. Kinda like Animal House meets ten decibels above human pain meets a lot of alcohol. Did walk down the scary breezeway to the abandon pool courtyard into the assigned room. Left the property and spent more money to be safe and clean at another hotel.

Everything was good and the staff was friendly and courteous

Front desk lady was a charm. Motel is old but it’s clean, room is clean, bed is comfortable

STEER CLEAR! Dirty, mold growing in bathroom - reeked of pot and shower was broken, half the outlets didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work. Place is a joke.

Quality Inns should NOT be MOtels! LOL Took me by surprise when we showed up and the room was decorated in VINTAGE fixtures.

This hotel does not live up to Choice Privilege standards. Needs better management & Front desk staff. The pool under construction the rate should have been reduced do to this. Front desk staff Marie, Jamie, New GM Kim where all rude. Checked into room 109 first. We spent first few days in this room. Asked for Housekeeping We left to visit my family in Missouri on July 4th. After returning to the room thinking it was going to be relaxing, we walked into a total mess of the ceiling leaking water or whatever above all the bed and floor Ands was soaked. So, I went to the front desk to report it and the lady at front desk was abrupt and rude didn't want to come and see what was going on. She just said that she didn't have time to deal with me, I'm just going to have to move you to another room 129. The next morning, I went to speak with GM Kim & Jamie. It was not a good experience Kim would not come out from the back office and speak to me I had to go through Front desk agent Jamie. I said is Kim not going to come out and speak to me on this matter. Jamie said blatantly that she is not coming out and will not be doing anything else for me. I asked what she (GM Kim) is going to do about the room flooding again Jamie went to the back to relay message to GM again no resolution to this issue. Except leave a note at front to not rent to me anymore because of this hotel's poor management and employees. I did leave my info with Mr. Houseworth's office. NO RESPONSE. The only Front Desk agent (Kierra) that was Nice not rude and abrupt and apologetic on behalf of the others. This Hotel Does Not Care About Complaints and Will Ignore you. Say one thing and don't follow through.
