Lovely friendly, polite check in from Alison. She was smiling the whole time and gave me a warm welcome. Alison told me about the meal deal, as well as a few local things of interest.

I had a fabulous stay at Premier Inn Sittingbourne. It was made extra special by the receptionist, Zoe, who was so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. She was very helpful when I asked about booking a taxi and even called the company on my behalf. Thank you Zoe, I hope to see you again soon!

As soon as we walked into the reception we was greeted with a smile and the lady on reception couldn't do enough she sorted out the issues with the room and checked availability in the restaurant for us. She went above and beyond to cater for us. much improvement from before, but a bit to go thanks Zoe for your 5star service

I spent four nights here on business and everything was excellent. Reception staff wonderful especially Alison, Zoe and Emma. Thank you ladies for the great costumer service and for the wonderful stay. The room was clean, bed very comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable but our bed didnt get changed and our mugs we use didn't get changed. We had no towels for drying our hair not good enough plus our room was freezing took ages heat up. So we wont stay here again looks good on tv.

The WIFI is virtually nonexistent, the worst Premier inn I’ve been at, and I’ve been to quite a lot through work. Also there is a very, very poor mobile signal on this site, with nothing inside the room, though that not their fault, just a bad location to stay. The pub next door is very dated, with paint flaking off the walls. It was also really cold in the pub, with no heating on. Don't mention breakfast, asked for poached egg, got fried egg. No point in complaining, just didn’t have time to re-order as I had to get to work.

The room was clean and spacious, and all the amenities you will find in the room. Professional and friendly staff especially Alison, Emma and Kate. These ladies are always ready to go the extra mile for the guests to make them feel welcome and comfortable. Will be coming back.
