Overall an as expected premier inn experience. William and Sarah on reception were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I stayed in room 63, it is next to the railway line so, which is noisy and pretty regular. That’s the only reason for not giving it 5 stars.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Lovely staff. The only negative was the room was a little tired, but this didn't detract from our stay, and we have already booked again for November. You can also choose whether to have the room cleaned and towels changed.

Very nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful, especially Alison who welcomes everyone with a smile. Having a Brewers Fayre, Asda fuel station, and a Maccy D's was really useful. Really easy to find, just follow the services sign from the Isle of Sheppey Road.

We arrived later than intended due to getting lost. The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful, sorting out a problem with one of the room keys in a matter of minutes. Breakfast was its usual great quality with a nice variety of options on offer. The decor was in a good state and the car park lit well. Very comfy bed. Only slight issue was it was very warm but offset with a fan that was in the room.

The rooms are far to hot we told reception but was told there is nothing they can do as its all on one system, its a danger to the old and young who can not regulat their temperature we were offered a cheap small fan , so people beware I have complian to guest relations department but it takes 25 days for a reply , we are not entitled to the good night refund as reception said its out of their hands

Our stay was great from start to finish. Welcomed by the lovely Ali who could not have been more welcoming and helpful and set us up for our stay. Room was clean and quiet despite being next to a major road which is perfect for getting on with your journey. We also had a decent breakfast over the road before we left. Would stay again if in the area.

Well at least thats what it sounded like, kids running around and jumping of the bed in a repeating fashion, they must have had issues as the noise carried into the early hours of the morning from about 8pm, called reception, it didnt stop, tried again, no answer, asked on checkout and got a card to complain on the website.

Poor hotel needs afull referb Rooms need deep cleaning Breakfast room grubby .bathroom room soap dispenser was filthy Did not use it.should be thrown out And replaced. Bathroom needs adeep clean so dose the bedroom Worse hotel I have been in

My husband and I did not want to get to a mid-day family gathering after a long journey.or indeed face the return journey after it. So we booked into Sittingbourne Premier Inn for two nights. It worked perfectly and made the trip into a very pleasant little break.

We have stayed in many Premier inns but was very disappointed with this one. It was quite tired and the bathroom was dirty. The room has no air con so was boiling hot. We did have a fan but this was useless. As we are a family of four they had put 2 extra beds in the room. One was fine, the other’s position was in such a dangerous place. There was a desk next to the wall the bed was end to end with the desk so the pillow was basically on the edge of the table so if you turned over or moved around in the night you were in danger of banging your head not ideal for a child. We were staying for a wedding but trying to get ready was so ridiculous as it’s so hot in the room we ended up going over to the restaurant to finish of our make up as it’s nice a cool there. If you are going to stay for a trip out it’s fine it’s cheap and a bit tired but if you are going for an occasion the next day I would avoid as it’s too hot to get ready and it ruined the morning.

An over night stay for a wedding. Great location with a McDonald, an Asda garage/shop on site. Plenty of free parking. Room was clean, tidy and in good repair. Alison on reception was very friendly and helpful and really appreciated the later check out time. Great value for money and would stay here again.

I have been using Premier Inn at Sittingbourne, Kent, for business purposes for a few months now. I have been absolutely delighted by the friendly hospitality and support during my stays and every time I have a query the staff and management have gone above and beyond to help me and make my stay comfortable and relaxed. I’m definitely going to continue staying with Premier Inn Sittingbourne during this work stint and intend to stay at Premier Inn wherever my work takes me. BIG THANK YOU!

Quite a shock at the condition of the rooms. Needs refurbishing. I have complained before and it has only gotten worse. The website is misleading in the photos. Rusting towel rails, discoloured bathroom floor vinyl, the list goes on.

It was so disgusting I felt ashamed to have been there I feel like I was in I’m a celebrity until and sat down and thought they get better treatment than this.
