Hi everyone,
I booked a room through Trip.com, paying £152.33 online with a remaining balance of €16.59 to be paid at the hotel for 3 nights. However, when I arrived, the hotel insisted I pay €33 instead. I explained the amount I had left to pay, but they refused and said if I didn’t pay, I wouldn’t get a room. I was forced to pay.
During my stay, the shower water was not draining properly, causing flooding. When I reported it, I was told just to “manage it.”
At checkout, they charged me €39 more, claiming it was for breakfast. I never had breakfast there – I only stayed to sleep.
The staff could barely speak English, and overall the experience was very unprofessional. I feel overcharged and unfairly treated. Think twice before booking here. I will never stay again.
Does anyone know how I can claim back the money I was overcharged?

Staff is very very bad The reception staff is very bad and disrespectful, and they work aggressively, lack of great taste, and someone is trying to attack me just by ordering my bag from the bag store.
