博卡－拉頓希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton)

Das Hotel liegt an der 95iger nach Miami und war ideal zum Übernachten. Das Zimmer geräumig. Leider war vor dem Zimmer die ganze Technik der Klimaanlage und der Lärm war etwas störend. Für uns war’s ok, da wir keinen leichten Schlaf haben. Betten waren gut, alles sauber. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht.

A very inconvenient experience. Two nights I tried to get a cup of Tea and was told there was none. The young man gave me a cup of hot water however, on the first night. That same night after Shift change, I asked for a Chamomile tea bag and a cup of hot water was told they had no tea and that she could not leave the front desk and kitchen was closed. At 8:30pm on the second night, I asked for hot water to put in my tea cup, and was told the kitchen was closed and the chef had just left for the night and I would have to wait till morning to get such a request granted.( By the same young lady) Such Poor, Inconsiderate workers at this Hotel and Poor Hospitality by this Hilton Garden Inn. I would not consider staying here anymore. water and was told by the young lady on the first night @ 11:15 pm, approximately, that she could not leave the front desk. The second night, I asked

Room is old looking and had a roach in it. Property just feels unsafe altogether. Left the same night. Thanks to Orbitz for granting a refund.

I checked out couple of hours later. I called cause I left my Apple Watch and very expensive battle. No return my called back.

The room has a smell right when I open the door that I don’t smell on other hotels I stayed in and I kept sneezing. I am allergic to whatever detergent they use on beddings.

We love this place, is super! That’s why we always comeback anytime we have to do business in the area

The room was clean and comfortable. They have a good fitness room with equipment and weights. The weather was bad so we did not get a chance to check out the pool.

my air conditioning unit was not working and was not fixed during our 6 day stay there. I would prefer daily room makeup rather than asking for this service. Coffee and toiletries should be replenished daily. Staff was very nice.
