A very inconvenient experience.
Two nights I tried to get a cup of Tea and was told there was none.
The young man gave me a cup of hot water however, on the first night.
That same night after Shift change, I asked for a Chamomile tea bag and a cup of hot water was told they had no tea and that she could not leave the front desk and kitchen was closed.
At 8:30pm on the second night, I asked for hot water to put in my tea cup, and was told the kitchen was closed and the chef had just left for the night and I would have to wait till morning to get such a request granted.( By the same young lady)
Such Poor, Inconsiderate workers at this Hotel and Poor Hospitality by this Hilton Garden Inn.
I would not consider staying here anymore.
