博卡－拉頓萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Boca Raton)

Um típico 3 estrelas. Ainda carpete nos quartos. Piscina bem limpa. Café da manhã ok mas estadia longa fica enjoativo, não mudam nada de um dia pra o outro. Bem localizado, ao lado de um mega cinema e de um parque de diversões. Não tem serviço de quarto mas a arrumação é boa, feita a cada dois dias.

Amazing staff

My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit in our room was very, very loud. So loud, in fact, that when I was on the phone with someone from back home, they said they could barely hear me and it sounded like I was driving on the highway with my windows down. I like a little noise when I sleep (like the sound of a fan) but this was beyond any noise I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. There was no way I could just turn it off and go without AC as the outside temps were still in the mid-80s, even at night. I would have asked to switch rooms but I got in very late and was exhausted, and I knew I was leaving early the next day. I also wasn’t confident that the ACs in other rooms would have been better, so I decided to just deal with it for one night. My advice to guests experiencing this would be to ask for a room change. The hotel is so nice otherwise, so hopefully this is just one minor mechanical blunder. I would stay there again and hope for a better working AC unit.

The hotel has an easy access from the highway, which was what we were looking for. It's just a normal average hotel. We got to our hotel room, it was missing towels, called customer service and had to go down to get them as they didn't have anyone to bring them to us. Asked for an extra blanket and they didn't have any. The breakfast was good. Better than I anticipated. Overall it was ok. But will probably look for something else next time.

We were put in a room for handicapped people although neither my wife nor I are handicapped. The shower head is low for a person in a wheelchair. The water went all over the bathroom floor. My wife slipped and injured her shoulder and head. Staff did not provide medical assistance. I had to rush my wife to the hospital emergency room for treatment. This is unacceptable and a major inconvenience. I was neither compensated or offered an apology for our experience. I will never go to another one of these hotels.
