波凱蘭特Parroquia de la Asunción de Nuestra Señora附近平價酒店預訂

Uniqueness of the hotel layout and design makes it a center of community. Serves as a restaurant, cafe, and local hangout with evening musicians, coupled with location and exceptional customer service. Location is in the middle of Kemeralti Bazaar and close to Agora Oren Yeri, archaeological remains of old Greek/Roman marketplace, and walking distance to Konak Pier, and the waterfront boardwalk/walking path. Rooms were large and well-appointed, and clean. Customer service was exceptional, and staff assisted with various things such as calling the airport to help locate a lost mobile phone (they were successful!). They are located in the middle of Old Town, where you will not see another hotel in close proximity.

No es un hotel en el que cuiden al cliente. Pasillos con las moquetas con grandes manchas y sin aire acondicionado. No hay agua de cortesía en la habitación, aunque sí una máquina para hacer té o café instantáneo, pero no hay café! sólo descafeinado! Pregunté sobre este punto y para mi sorpresa no era omisión por error o descuido… Según Recepción es porque el hotel ha decidió que sólo debes tomar té o descafeinado en la habitación...increíble. Y el agua para el té o la pagas de la nevera o usas la del grifo, que es muy mala. El buffet del desayuno solo tiene dos platos calientes, y la fruta no apetece. En general un desayuno pobre para un 4 estrellas. Una lástima, porque con muy poco esfuerzo por parte de la Gestión, este hotel podría ser una magnifica opción para estancias en Alcoy. Eso sí, caro no es.

在這裏住了4晚(2月12日至16日)不知道人們在抱怨什麼,是的酒店是過時的,但是很乾淨,很好的毛巾,還有牀。一到就要求要水壺,10分鐘就生產了一把,位置很棒,從陽台上可以看到城堡的景色非常完美。至於工作人員,我們沒有遇到任何無幫助的人,事實上他們非常好。我們吃了早餐,而且是歐式風味,但在一間漂亮的餐廳中非常充足。再次可愛的住宿,謝謝 X

Hello Firstly I’d like to say don’t listen to half these bad reviews . People that say it’s in the middle of no where clearly haven’t done any research prior to booking this hotel , which absolutely baffles me. El Campello and San Juan are a 10 minute cab journey or car if you have one away. Two beautiful beaches for the family or couples to enjoy. There’s a few small shops and bars 5 minute walk from hotel if you want something different. As for the hotel , it’s been updated since we last went , rooms currently still under going refurbs , we had top floor overlooking the pool it was a stunning view every morning and a very spacious room for me and my kids and wife. We have stayed at this hotel twice before and also my parents have had apartments they bought in the bonalba complex. For me personally to not have many English there is bliss I don’t come away on holiday to see English , I like the culture of the Spanish and the fact I try to speak some to which is good. No idea why people say it’s not a clean hotel , there was a cleaner in the toilets every single morning without fail , spotless and the pool area was so clean every time we went down there. Food was a great selection we had full board , every meal we had was brilliant and the staff always stocked up when the buffet got low on food. I will say if you don’t like waiting in queues or waiting in general to be served for drinks at the bar or reception then this isn’t the place for you neither is any of Spain 😂 they are very relaxed people and they take there time and you have to respect that. Overall for me I had a fantastic 8 days got back yesterday , my kids loved it and I will give one more special mention to AMY the animation team , she is outstanding with kids I mean the best I’ve ever seen with them , she is truly gifted, made everyone feel welcome always smiling , loads of energy and she had kids around her all day they were in awe of her , my three children loved her , please show her this review whoever reads this from hotel bonalba , I forgot to say bye to her as couldn’t find her on final day ( just say to her I was the dad of Jenson and Rocco the twins ) from south London she will know who we are , she’s not back until Tuesday night I believe so maybe she could read it then I wish her the best in life ,a superb dancer too. 預訂了3晚,知道不會有什麼花哨但位置很重要,從海灘和碼頭穿過馬路很短,從機場到巴士站也非常積極。我和我的女朋友大約11:15到達,並要求留下行李,因爲網站說登記時間不是16:00。經過短暫的等待,接待員說房間現在已經準備好了,所以大約11:30,我們在我們的房間!房間有點小,可以看到磚牆,但空調和舒適的牀很好,很乾淨。牆上有一些小標記,浴室也有些污漬,但正如前面所說,我們只是想要一個乾淨的基本房間,總體來說是這樣的。冰箱和安全,房間是額外的獎勵。我們第一天早上就去吃早餐,但沒什麼特別的,不值得早起,除了喝杯咖啡,其他兩天都不去打擾。總的來說,我們對酒店很滿意,如果我們預算緊張,我們會考慮再次入住,但也許下次我們可能會嘗試一些更特別的東西。

We arrived at the hotel after a friend drove us from Oliva, we were greeted by the most rude obnoxious reception staff, it was really shocking. We checked in, came back down a while later where they attempted to check us in again to a 2nd room (for yhe same amount of people) saying we had booked 2 rooms, we hadn't, they had already taken the charge for the 2nd room. They proceeded to blame *********** for the error. The following morning we attempted to speak to the manager. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness, I approached him very calmly, asking him to look at the proof we had but he wouldn't, he went on to print out the 2 reservations one we booked on the Friday, and one they had duplicated on the Sunday, he refused to listen or view anything we had and was waving me off dismissively. I realised I was getting nowhere so I walked away, at which point he muttered some rude comment, I just said, the same to you and continued to walk away. The hotel is listed as a 4 star but it isn't. The pool was grubby with bits floating in it. It was run on some days without a pool attendant or poolside hut (listed as a bar) the air conditioning was temperamental and barely worked in the room, was non existent in the lifts which were like smelly ovens, the facilities in the room were 2-3 star basic at best. It wasn't the cleanest but not the worst. The continental breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular but ok for a 3 star. The WiFi, supposedly available thoughout the hotel was not working most of the time, the lifts were out of service frequently. One night i got very little sleep as the lift was clunking all night, we were the first room as you came out of the lift. We notified the staff but nothing was done for several hours. How this hotel has gained a 4 star rating in places us unbelievable as it barely reaches 3 stars and that's being generous. All in all the attitude, lack of amenities and disgustingly rude staff spoiled our holiday completely.
