Oui MAIS. Très bel hôtel très bien placé. Vous retenez 10 mois à l’avance une chambre vue mer au 3eme et dernier étage. Confirmé, marqué sur le PC de l’hôtel (confirmé par la manager). Mais avec un billet devant les yeux l’employé ne peut voir ce qui est écrit sur la Resa !!!! Notre chambre a été attribuée 5 mn avant notre arrivée, à 13h.

Good location and nice staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. A/c was good. Hotel sits over the water with a nice deck and bar. Bar closes early, especially if there are no customers. Bocas Town is a perfect location to base yourself for visiting all the other islands and beaches in Bocas Del Toro.

This hotel is in a great location in the centre of town. The room was small but with the balcony it did not feel as cramped. The hotel was clean and bright. The only drawback was that we were on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs each time we went up and down. The breakfast each morning was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The bed is SO comfy, the AC works great, the water pressure is insanely good - BUT the view is to die for! The included breakfast on the water started our morning off perfectly! Highly recommend for traveling couples ☀️

Really good location ( right In the centre of town and near to water taxis). Beautiful view to the sea. Clean room, good and bright bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and smiling stuff.

I’ve stayed at 3 Bocas Town hotels this week (plus 2 lodgings on other Bocas del Toro islands), and Hotel Bocas Town is the best all around. The facade is charming, and little personal touches remind you that you’re not at a chain. I stayed in a lovely blue room facing the street, complete with my own verandah with seating. The bed was comfortable, the AC was in tip-top shape, and there’s a TON of space to store your clothes (6-drawer bureau, closet, luggage rack). If you’ve spent much time in the area, you’ll understand he gravity of this next comment: the shower is fabulous. Consistent hot water + surprisingly intense water pressure gets you feeling clean and relaxed. The staff are outstanding as well: friendly without being obsequious, helpful and eager to make sure you feel safe and settled. The person working at the front desk when I checked in offered to get me help with my bags before I had to ask. The smiling fellow who helped and turned away after carrying my heavy bags up the flight of stairs for me—no moments of his standing awkwardly and expectantly, waiting for a tip. (Not that it’s bad to expect tip for such service—he deserved one!) I had to ask him to wait and return so I could give him $1-2 per piece of luggage. If you need absolute quiet to sleep, Bocas Town in general isn’t your place. But this hotel is far quieter than the Hotel Gran Bahia or the Tropical Suites by far. My only frustrations on the sound front: the person staying above me was very heavy-footed, apparently dropping gigantic boulders (or bags) while stomping around for an hour or so more I was trying to fall asleep. Street noise is loud but far less intrusive than party sounds on the water side. The only truly negative part was that the room stank strongly of the very fragrant cleaning fluid all my hotels seemed to use in copious amounts—I wish I’d asked them to prepare the room with something more neutral. I hope to be back!

Perfect location in town on the waterfront. Small but comfortable room with good A/C, nice bathroom and shower, balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, not great with coffee, juice, eggs, toast or pancakes. Refrigerator in room would have been nice but overall great value for price.

The unbeatable location, the rooms are extremely comfortable and cozy. The restaurant offers excellent menus for all tastes and at prices well below local prices. I cannot fail to mention the attention of its staff, always with a friendly smile and willing to help you.

We were able to check-in early and were greeted by the friendly female manager. Ocean view room was incredible. Everything in the room was comfy and good quality, good shower. Whole hotel was spotless. Bar area next to water is fabulous with reasonably priced drinks and friendly bar staff. It is a noisy hotel at times due to it's location but I knew to expect that. Only negatives for me was lack of fruit for breakfast and no water in bathroom on second morning. Staff didn't provide explanation, probably used to it.

This was a great surprise after several weeks of camping- the bed was firm and soft, feather pillows and air conditioning lulled us into a 12 hour sleep. Very convenient to the water taxi- about a block north on that Main Street. We had a balcony overlooking the street and were entertained with people watching. The breakfast was basic but good and the hotel watched our bags for us after checkout for several hours. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and we’d stay here again in a minute.

All was perfect, super central location, room was clean and confortable, breakfast rich and fresh and nostro importantly the staff that was really amazing, supportive and friendly and This makes our stay in Bocas unforgettable!!!

Stayed for 3 nights. All in All bad experience. Very noisy through the night, walls made of paper. Breakfast bad, only few things to choose, and served at the table......once. Coffee, orange juice, thats it. And you can have only one glass of juice. We cannot recomend this hotel.

Excellent service, clean cute room, great location, staff was very accommodating, enjoyed our 5 day stay. Right across from a great coffee place, next to the water taxis and very close to all things downtown. Could hear the live music from a few restaurants around but only until about 10 pm. We sat on the deck and enjoyed it. Breakfast was included in our stay.

The hotel was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Kudos to the hostess Sharilyn. Would have given a five with the exception of the night hostess on our last night. Centrally located for easy access via boat or plane/taxi. Would recommend to friends.
