Unica cosa positiva di questo hotel è la vista. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana, oltre ad averci assegnato delle camere diverse da quelle che avevamo prenotato e pagato anticipatamente, ci sono state consegnate senza un minimo di pulizia. C’era polvere e sporcizia ovunque, asciugamani sporche di sangue, di trucco, lenzuola macchiate e piene di capelli… uno schifo totale! La colazione pessima, senza neanche un misero biscotto, infatti siamo stati costretti a fare colazione nei bar all’esterno della struttura, nonostante avessimo la colazione inclusa… La terrazza della piscina sporca dal primo giorno in cui siamo arrivati, fino all’ultimo in cui siamo andati via. Il personale che non salutava neanche quando entravi dalla porta di ingresso. Le camere se eri fortunato venivano “pulite” un giorno si e un giorno no… Riassumerei questo hotel con la parola “SPORCIZIA” , delusa al massimo, anche perché dalle foto sembra tutt’altro!!!

Soggiorno da incubo . Siamo stati 3 giorni di passaggio per poi andare ad Istambul . L’unica cosa bella è il panorama . Ci hanno dato una camera la 402 piena di umidità con una trave staccata dal soffitto . Le camere sono dotate di area condizionata ma purtroppo solo in modalità 17 gradi quindi sono ripartito con una bronchite . I letti sono comodi con dei materassi belli alti peccato che sono coperti da lenzuola molto più piccole che non lo coprono e addirittura il nostro era sporco di sangue . Per concludere prenotiamo un trasfert per le 10:30 per l’aeroporto , pagato 55 € in anticipo il giorno dell’arrivo , alle 11 ancora non era arrivato e abbiamo dovuto chiamare un taxi . La cosa assurda che in reception quando gli facevo notare tutte queste cose facevano spallucce.

Ben yorumlara bakarak teredütle geldim ama gördüğüm kesinlikle yorumlar yalan yanlış hotel çok temiz personel çok ilgili kahvaltılık ürünler çoğu bilindik ve kalite ürünler manzaraya zaten laf yok biz tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz

Mayıs ayında gittiğim için bodrum ve otel sakindi :) Otelin manzarası çok güzeldi. Temizlik çok iyiydi ve personelleri çok kibardı. Kahvaltı seçeneği boldu. Merkeze 5 dk mesafede ve bodrumun girişinde bulunuyor.

En kötü otel tecrübemdi desem yeridir. Personel inanılmaz ilgisiz ve bilgisiz. Sıcak su da dahil olmak üzere her şey bozuk. Kahvaltı çok kötü. Zinvirle bir köpeği bağlamışlar tam odaların altında garibim hayvancağız sürekli ağlıyor. ÇOK KÖTÜydü. Bodrum'un yüz karası.

We booked a partial sea view and then chose to pay for an upgrade after our first night. They were going to move our suitcases to our new room while we were out on a boat trip during the day. We arrived tired in the evening, I gave the receptionist our previous room number and my last name, and he responded that he could do nothing for me without my passport. I reminded him that he had taken a copy of my passport upon our arrival the previous evening (and that I did not have it on me, it was in the room with my other belongings) and he simply retorted "there is nothing I can do for you then, I see over 500 people each evening." (The hotel isn't quite that big.) After a bit of back-and-forth he relented and found our new room. I couldn't believe the unnecessary rudeness. In the daytime, we also found it difficult to get a taxi from the reception. We had called him from our room to request one, and when we came to the lobby inquiring if it had arrived, he was surprised that we needed one. The man at the reception (one during the day, and a different one at night) were never smiley or welcoming. They just seemed annoyed and unhappy to be there. Aside from the poor quality of service at the reception desk, there was no soap in our bathroom. And when we requested this nothing came of it. The wifi connection is very poor, and contrary to what they told me at reception (that it was the case all over town), it didn't seem to be that bad in other hotels and restaurants we frequented in Bodrum. On the plus side, the hotel is well located - a bit of up-and down hills to get anywhere- and the views are nice once you are on the higher floors. Overall, it was not an experience I would choose again. I like to feel welcomed.

We were staying at Casa Mare from 7 to 16 of May. Everything was good, especially staff. The room was cozy and very clean, the view was amazing. The cleaning was everyday and so thorough. The breakfast was more less the same every morning and the selection of breakfast wasn’t so big. The pool deck and pool was nice and simple and very clean with a nice little pool bar. The reception staff helped us with every question. The reception itself and basically all the hotel was very clean and hotel was just renovated. And we would like to give a special thanks to Mehmet , Muhammad and Tezcan for being especially kind and welcoming.

Casa Mare is a very chill place. You can just bask in the sun by the pool and have cocktails. The staff are all friendly and attentive. There is beautiful sea view where you can watch the sunrise. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my partner. We had a very enjoyable week. I’d highly recommend upgrading for the sea view if you can it absolutely made our stay. We spent the evenings on the balcony watching the boats and enjoying the cringey music from a neighbour hotel. Of course this is not the hotels fault but some nights the neighbours hotel music was loud and went on late. The hotel itself music wise, I’m not quite sure if they where going for a party like vibe around the pool. It was a little odd some times they would start really blasting music. I feel like if they where after a party atmosphere I would suggest advertising this a bit more as I think like us most guests where trying to chill out. The other thing about this hotel is the hills to get to the hotel. The first couple of nights we thought it was okay we was burning off the Turkish delight but after the third night the climb up was starting to drain us. I definitely suggest bringing sensible shoes I witnessed some lovely looking but unpractical shoes. Overall the staff are really lovely and happy to help if needed. The breakfast is basic but does the job lots of bread and fruit. The pool is really nice and cooling on a hot day. I think the hotel is a really lovely not overpriced stay. I got the feeling they are still doing work to the hotel so I think it will be really lovely once it’s done. There is a small little shop down the hill from the hotel where you can get cheap bottles of water and alcohol too. Also the rooms are really clean.

We were unfortunate to book directly 3 rooms for 11 nights at this so called “boutique hotel”!! As it shouldn’t be rated more than 2 star motel or even not rated at all. We ended up checking out after 3 hours from arrival and the so called “boutique hotel” charged us 50% of the whole stay!!! and that happened after a very very long argument with the receptionist, his manager and their boss. So don’t be fooled by the pictures posted on their website and other internet media for the following reasons: 1-There were no enough car parking space as you have to park your car in a pass lane. 2-The common areas i.e the lobby, aren’t air conditioned and when you get out of room you have to walk through hot corridors. 3-The staff weren’t wearing uniform, so you can’t differentiate between guests and staff. 4-Rooms are not as spacious as they were shown on the internet. 5-Rooms’ air condition are not efficient enough to handle Bodrum summer heat. And they turn off when you leave the room. 6-The only OLD elevator was out of order, and it seems that it wasn’t working for a long period of time. I saw old people struggling on their way up or down the stairs. 7- Stains on bed sheets and walls. 8- No hot water in shower. 9-No direct access to the beach as you have to walk to pass through the neighbor hotel. 10-You’ll not get another room key even if two or three people are occupying the room. Therefore, you can’t keep the air conditioning running to come back to a sufficiently cool room; as the one card is needed to keep electricity on. The only positive thing is that rooms’ views are good, but, in my opinion that is certainly not enough to stay here.
