希爾斯通博德魯姆酒店及水療中心(Hillstone Bodrum Hotel & Spa)

Tüm personeller çok ilgili ve size değerli hissettiriyor. İçersinde bolca yeşillik, palmiye ve nar ağaçları var. Otele ayrı bir hava katıyor. Otelin dekorasyonunu da çok beğendim. Kahvaltısı da başarılıydı. Fiyat/performans olarak tavsiye edilir.

Çok sevdiğim, daha önce de konakladığım, o konaklama üzerine 2. defa geldiğim otel. Kahvaltısı, havuzları, odaları hepsi ***et iyi. Tek bir şikayetim var; deniz manzaralı diye fiyat farkı ödeyip, haftalar öncesinden “ÜST KAT ve DENİZ MANZARASI” diye belirtmeme rağmen bize verilen “2201” numaralı odanın denizi ucundan bile görmemesi. O odayı belki metre karesi gereği Large oda olarak satabilirsiniz ancak deniz manzaralı diye satamazsınız. Ertesi gün oda değişimi teklif edildi ancak zaten konaklamamız 2 geceydi doğal olarak istemedik. Bunun dışında bir şikayetimiz yoktu. Klima bozuktu gelip 10 dakkada hallettiler. Genel anlamda iyi. Kalınır…

Aileniz veya arkadaşlarınız ile çok güzel dinlenebileceğiniz bir Otel. Çok temiz Ekip çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Özellikle Ayşe ve Leyla hanımdan çok ama çok memnun kaldık. Bizleri memnun etmek için ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yaptılar. Güler yüz tatlı dilleri de cabası. Bu vesileyle ikisine de tekrar tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz. Olur da bir gün yine Bodrumda tatil yaparsak Ayşe ve Leyla hanımı tekrar görmek için aynı Oteli seçerim. Bir şeyi yazmadan geçemeyeceğim Bir hafta kaldık Müdür beyi ve genel Müdüre hanımı sıkça gördük. Defalarca göz göze gelmemize rağmen bir kez günaydın veya iyi günler demediler keşke deselerdi daha sempatik olurdu

Hotel de instalaciones inmensas y distribución un tanto laberíntica a la que te habituas el segundo día de estancia. Impolutas las áreas comunes y también las habitaciones que disponen de amwnities,agua embotellada diaria,albornoz y zapatillas. Las habitaciones son exteriores y (creo) que todas tienen,en mayor o menor medida,vistas a la ciudad de Bodrum. Algunos de los cuartos,me aseguran,disponen de piscina propia. En cuanto a las piscinas exteriores comunes,además de ser muy grandes y poder ser calificadas con el término de "infinitas" ,ofertan hamacas y toallas para los clientes. Mucho personal trabajando en todas las áreas,de modo que esta todo impecable. El desayuno es servido en la zona de la piscina.Muy variado en el que abunda la fruta fresca, panes distintos,frutos secos,cereales,quesos....y se la la posibilidad de que te hagan la tortilla (o huevos) personalizados. La higiene se deja ver también en esta zona en la que el cocinero y ayudante portan siempre el gorro protector para evitar la caída de pelo sobre los alimentos.El café,té,zumo o lo que se desee para acompañar los alimentos sólidos se sirven bajo demanda en la propia mesa. El hotel dispone también de animación nocturna (supongo que semanal).Dispone de gym,spa,restaurante... Esta situado en lo alto de una pequeña colina por lo que las vistas son increíbles.La seguridad es máxima ya que sólo se accede a él tras haber sido admitido el paso por el personal de seguridad que custodia la puerta. Aunque pe se que era un hotel solo para adultos,no lo es ya que he visto un par de niños (casi bebés) en el área de desayuno con sus padres.Por cierto,los pequeños se han comportado magníficamente. El personal es amable,atento y educado.Muy educado. La decoración muy cuidada y los espacios muy amplios.Tambien lo es la habitación y jardines que lo rodean.

This is our second stay in this hotel. We thought this was a great hotel last year but this year we found it even better. Shared areas like pool, gym, restaurant, lobby : very nice and clean: 10/10 Rooms : we (2 adults, 2 kids (9y, 6y) in the palmsuite rooms : 10/10 Breakfast : adresses everyone’s needs : 10/10 Price / Quality : very good But the best of all : this hotel has professional, nice and friendly staff. Believe that this is their biggest strength. Big thanks to : Nidanur, Ayse, Leyla, Azime and everyone else! Will most likely come here again next year.

We checked in at the hotel and had a beatiful luxury room right next to the pool allocated to us. The second day housekeeping unfortunately throws out my wifes kerastase hair cream even tho it wasn't empty, we figured this would be a simple reclamation easily dealt with at the reception,unfortunately it was not. On our third day we experience a water leak from the sealing in our room. And we are not talking a small dripping, but a major malfunction. Right underneath the aircon are my luggage, so everything is drenched in aircon water and the entire floor is flooded. We are then getting changed to a room in the opposite side of the resort, furthest away from the pool area and main area of the hotel as you can be and need to ride with a buggy to get back and forth. We complain about this and are told that everything will be fixed the next day and we don't need to worry about a thing. The next day we are allocated to a new luxury room, supposedly the same standard as I had previously been allocated. But that was definitely not the case. The room was worn down, dirty and with a smaller and much harder bed than what we came from. We tried to converse our frustrations to the hotel and the fact that we in essence had a down grade, coupled up with the fact that we ended up using two evenings of 3 hours each dealing with this instead of relaxing on our room or at the pool

Tatilimiz bitti ama hic bitsin istemedik en ufak bir kusur aradım ancak bulamadım kahvaltısı, manzarası, personelleri herşeyi çok güzeldi , çok çok memnun kaldık, hijyen, lezzet, güleryüz, hizmet gercekten harikaydi. Tatilden tüm beklentileri karşılayan süper bir tesis. Konumu merkeze çok yakın. Tekrar görüşmek üzere:))
