宜必思尚品伊薩山維羅納酒店(Ibis Styles Mt Isa Verona)

We arrived into Ibis Styles Hotel early evening, we received a good welcome at check-in. We were soon given a key card for the standard room that we booked. We also asked for a taxi to be booked for the following morning which was kindly arranged for us. The room was spacious but worn around the edges but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The TV had a good range of channels, tea and coffee facilities were provided. The aircon worked well and there was no noise from outside. The bathroom was good with a small bathtub and powerful shower, wall mounted soap dispensers were provided. We left early the following morning so we didn't have the chance to have breakfast unfortunately. It was a good stay at the hotel, the price of the room was quite high however the room was spacious for the money paid. The staff were friendly and approachable, we would stay there if we visited Mount Isa again.

Got stranded in Quilpie due to a broken plane so got charged for the room as never made it to Mount Isa which is fair…but after calling again explaining that i might make it the following morning and could i use the previous booking without paying another $232 or approx i was told i would have to book and pay again….sorry a little common sense and understanding would have been appreciated

Our stay in Mount Isa was made more comfortable by this hotel. Clean and easy access to the city centre. Check was easy and efficient, Laundry was available and easy to access. Staff were very friendly.

Pleasant restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Efficient and helpful staff. Good location in Mount Isa CBD.

Disappointed with the room. There was a strong smell of mustiness or mould in the bedroom. The shower had black on the lower tile grout and needed a good scrub. The bedside lamps were more like ornaments as they were not attached to a power outlet and there were neither power points or usb outlets on the bed side of the room. The only shampoo or soap available was in the shower as the pump style container near the wash basin was empty. Between the smell and the lack of light near the bed our stay was not comfortable.

After spending a week working in the bush, staying at the Ibis was like finding an oasis... So good to have nice facilities and that shower was the best shower I'd ever had. Great staff, I'd definitely recommend staying here if you are in Mount Isa.

Room was clean and acceptable, but having to pay for a carpark, it would be far better if there was direct access to the hotel, instead of having to constantly walk around on the footpath.

I stayed here with friends - for four days, during the Mount Isa Rodeo. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Friendly, attentive service that made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable. Central location. The restaurant was definitely the best evening dining option in town.

The hotel was in a great location, you could walk everywhere. The room was large and clean and the staff were friendly and the restaurant was excellent in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.
