Hotel bien ubicado en cuento está a medio camino entre La Candelaria y Usaquén. Personal muy amable y bien dispuesto.

Es un hotel súper agradable y todo el personal de ahí es súper amable. Totalmente recomendable.

It was quite relaxing. The stuff there was incredibly friendly. I totally recommend this hotel.

The safety box in the room was opened and robbed, my money disappeared, US$ 440. There are keys to the safety boxes in every room deposited at the front desk but no security camera which overlooks them. Hotel employees have access to these keys. When I was out of the hotel someone came to the room for whatever reason and opened my safety box. Footage from the security camera over my room door couldn't be accessed. The hotel manager doesn't speak English, she wasn't helping and acted like nothing happened. Her theory was that I had visitors in the room. How can anyone open the safety box when you are in the room with them? And I never open the safety boxes in front of anyone. This hotel has security issues, safety boxes in the rooms are not safe at all. Stay there at your own risk.

Very cramped, safe broken,no hangers,shower was frezing cold.

Gostei da localização. O atendimento foi bom. Inclusive me deixaram fazer o check out bem mais tarde do que o horário. O ruim mesmo é a higiene. Tinha um tufo de pelos na privada e a geladeira estava com um cheiro insuportável. Quase vomitei quando abri. O chuveiro não esquenta direito. Sai pouca água quando estava na temperatura do meu gosto.
