I recently stayed after not going to Colombia since the pandemic started, however I got terribly disappointed this time.
1) I asked for transportation from the airport to the hotel. The only options I was presented with were luxury. I went ahead but latter I learned they had affordable cars, they just decided not to present them to me.
2) they said that in order to avoid paying IVA I had to add breakfast to my stay. They called me at 11 pm to tell me this, I was tired and said yes. But I then realized it made no sense.
3) more than a week after I checked out, I haven’t received my complete invoice. I’ve sent multiple emails and nobody hasn’t even responded.
This used to be my favorite hotel in the world, I won’t be staying here anymore.
