房間非常差，衞生很差，被子上有頭髮，洗浴盆很臟，服務態度非常差，有蚊子，隔音也很差，沒有熱水。馬桶不出水。

Hotel clean and tidy. Very good location. Bed was big and confy. The room has a big bathroom very well equipped with towels, shampoo and shower gel. The room has also a fridge with cold drinks. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to go to the Terminal and it is close to the bus stop. NIn every floor there are vending L L lmachinesdeerx for snacks and cold drinks. Also you can get tea and coffee.

This hotel was perfect. For the price you get a stunning, spacious room, TV, coffee and a lovely bathroom. Also located in a stunning neighbourhood. Friendly staff and luggage storage which was useful. There’s a small supermarket a few steps away for convenience.

This place was a very good area close to an abundance of restaurants and shops. The front desk staff was excellent, they searched and booked a group tour for Bogotá the night before and arranged for a large taxi van to pick us up and take us to the airport. I would highly recommend this Hotel!

La atención es excelente y está muy bien ubicado.
Los baños requieren mantenimiento y aseo permanente.

El personal en Selina siempre muy amable y atento, a mi parecer son un poco jóvenes y hay algunas cosas que no toman en cuenta como la calidad del servicio y respuesta, pero supongo que es parte del ambiente o la vibra que el hotel quiere transmitir. Por lo demás la ubicación, el precio, la seguridad y la amabilidad 100 puntos!
