攝政拉菲里亞公寓酒店(Hotel Apartamentos Regency la Feria)

El personal fue extremadamente amable y extremadamente servicial. Le doy al personal 4,5 estrellas. Reservé el alojamiento para relajarme antes de mi largo vuelo. Lamentablemente las saunas y el jacuzzi no estaban en uso. Por este motivo reservé el alojamiento. Por lo tanto, el alojamiento fue una reserva completamente equivocada para mí y me decepcionó mucho.

Tudo foi perfeito, considerando que o hotel não tem restaurante fora o café da manhã, que por sinal é bom. Somente a questão do sinal de wi-fi eles precisam melhorar, pq é muito instável. Várias vezes tive que usar o wi-fi do celular para trabalhar.

My customer service experience was really bad with the hotel; after approving an early checkout I have to call ******* multiple times to get a refund since the hotel didn’t want to properly check me out and then the maintain the reservation open to charge me for the full amount. Finally, after several calls for several days ******* was able to get the refund. So, I won’t book on this hotel and I won’t advise to book it either.

Cerca al aeropuerto, a la zona donde trabajo y a varios centros comerciales. La habitación amplia e impecable y el equipo del hotel y pendiente de facilitarle a uno la estadía.

Buena ubicacion, el hotel esta en muy buenas condiciones, la limpieza excelente en habitaciones y todo el hotel, la recepcion muy amables y siempre atentos, el desayuno es ok, podrian variarlo un poco aunq por el precio de la habitacion sigue siendo ok. Es centrico, los centros comerciales, restaurantes, supermercados etc todo queda alrededor, me gusto mucho!

I had my reservation from 18 to 21 December, while booking they offered different options for parking and when I arrived they denied and offered pay and park service more far from the hotel. Hotel receptionist Ms. Liiango Castillo advised me to cancel without fees and later charged one night for the cancellation—a very poor response from the staff and the hotel manager. Never recommend it to anyone. The worst experience in Bogota in my 5 years of stay.

Buenaervicio desde la llegada hasta la salida, personal muy formal y el desayuno buffet nada mal. Siempre utilizo este hotel cuando voy a Bogota.
