Me encanta es muy lindo y la experiencia es muy buena las animaciones son muy limpias y cómodas también el personal es amable y con buenos modales las animaciones tienen exelente vista Tienen exelente servicio y sus precios me parecen muy justos y accesibles

The best thing about the property is the people who work there! I love every one of them! They are amazing! The cook was fantastic and I enjoyed every day delicious breakfast! But, It looks like my expectation about my room was not met. In a picture it was one room, in reality, it was not even close! The window didn't have a handle to close it, so fresh air was always in my room. I was expecting a bottle of spirit for each room, but I didn't receive anything! No hammock or kitchen in my room either.

La habitacion, no tenia horno de microondas. Un empleado me calento dos hamburguesas de mala gana y la dejo fria. El anuncio decia que te recibian con una bebida y eso no paso, No habia donde comprar agua, ni agua de cortesia

Un lugar bastante agradable, la parada del transmilenio está a sólo unos pasos. Hay antros, bares y locales de comida muy cerca del hotel; a pesar de ello, la zona es tranquila. Definitivamente recomendado.

La propiedad estuvo bien y el personal muy servicial. Desconocen los perks de VIP *******. A dos de los chicos de recepción le pregunté y me indicaron tener total desconocimiento de ello. Desayuno bueno, y hotel seguro.

Very cold place .. I mentioned it but nothing was done about it. Need a jacket for going to breakfast and a jumper in the room.. had to ask to change to towels otherwise the leave the same one for few days.. dust is never cleaned.. the gym has 2 machines full of dust and the gym room is no clean and full of dust!!noice due to renovations very early in the morning ..front desk poeple never ask if anything needed. I booked with buffet breakfast but I ve been told that there is buffet only when there is a certain number of guest in the hotel and where there is it’s a poor light buffet..but the service at breakfast was great..I didn’t enjoy it and won’t return there.. they don’t offer /deliver what we see online .. very disappointed.,

Is this hotel is terrible. 1st when I got there they charged me an extra $200 for my wife to share the bed with me. I ordered a king size bed and it was not king it was Queen and they would not do anything about it. The breakfast is not impressive at all we only ate one day and didn't eat the other day even though they charged us for it. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and there were 2 spots that leaked in the sink. They never sent anyone to fix it. One day the water completely shut off in the hotel and they didn't tell anybody about it. So we could not flush our toilet, our room smelled like urine and feces is for an entire day. They did not tell us when the water was back on. We were scheduled for 13 days we only stayed 6 because they refuse to fix the sink and we left. They refused to give us a partial refund for the days we stayed and they refused to give us a refund for the days we checked out early.

The host initially gave us two terrible the room in which the rooms were still dirty in both, the lamp was falling apart in the first room and the TV did not work in the second, also neither of these rooms was the one we saw in the images of what we had booked. Luckily we have friends who are locals and speak Spanish fluently who were able to get us the correct room; only after the hostess showed us 3 more terrible rooms. When we did final get the "good" room, the floor were still dirty, WiFi access did not reach this room, and the appliances and furniture were all poor quality. They did clean the room each day, but we had to buy our own toilet paper and hand soap as these were no provided. The water never drained completely from the shower or sink basins, and the mini fridge had the freezer section exposed which caused all our items to freeze inside. The hotel overall is not a 4 star hotel and the rooms have no charm or warmth (literally or figuratively).

The place is dated, the cleaning is minimal to non-existent, from the outside you’d think it’s an abandoned building - but it was extremely cheap, so you get what you paid for.
