The check in was smooth despite arrival latte at night. The 2 receptionists on night duty were very kind and efficient. As a foreigner, I didn't need to pay the 19% VAT for accommodation. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and I took 577/927 bus from and to airport taking only 20 minutes. The room was basic but clean. Hot shower was good. My room was furthest on the floor, so wifi was weak in room. Overall, Hotel Los Balcones is at least very good as a transit hotel.

You book what you pay for. Great hotel for a night if you have an early flight and want to be close to the airport!

Terrible las instalaciones las cobijas son reutilizadas, realizan aseo hasta altas horas de la madrugada y el ruido insoportable, malísimo el servicio, pasan ambulancias toda la noche, transporte pesado, no lo recomiendo para nada, supremamente caro para el hueco que es...
