Hostel Cerrado

Son muy amables y ofrecen un servicio bastante completo para el huésped. El ambiente es acogedor. El personal es muy atento y no escatiman en ofrecer solución para las necesidades que surjan. Una única observación sería que al momento de dar la información de entrada al huésped, no se les escape ningún detalle, pero todos somos humanos y cometemos errores. :)

Chill hostel met fijn dakterras voor een drankje en een lekker ontbijt! Je hebt keuze en het wordt vers voor je gemaakt De kamer was heel warm en had geen ramen waardoor t ventileren nogal lastig was. De staff was heel aardig en wilde met alles helpen en tips.

Personal súper agradable, cuartos fieles a las descripciones, terraza linda y desayuno ricos, gracias para todo. Ha sido súper simple, fácil y agradable. El hogar es fácil de ubicar, y ha sido un placer quedarnos allá, más que todo porque la ubicación

Mi experiencia como turista, fue muy buena, con mi hermano llegamos al hostel caminando de casualidad, y con la atención muy cordial y amable brindada por yudis, todo nos salió muy bien, su ubicación y precio lo hacen un lugar muy ideal para conocer santa Marta, con cosas a mejorar en cuanto a mantenimiento pero muy cómodo.

El lugar es muy bonito y acogedor, està en todo el centro de la ciudad y cuenta con una cocina a disposición de los huéspedes. La atención del personal fue excelente, sobre todo la de la recepcionista Yudis.

Me hospedé con mi pareja en una habitación con cama doble (En Santa Marta)... la cama es súper cómoda, el espacio es justo lo que se necesita, el hostel está excelentemente ubicado. La cocina tiene artículos un poco viejitos pero igual sirven, el aseo súper bien. En general una buena experiencia, un hostel en donde volvería a hospdarme.

Terrible! No hand soaps, but a lot of signs with hygiene rules. The wifi doesn’t work in the dormitory. I booked one bed for 2 nights in a 4 bed dorm. There was no locker available to close with a padlock. They proposed me to move into a 10 bed dorm for the first night (the next day was full). My options were to take a bed in a 4 bed dorm, moldy and without a locker, or to leave. Upon request, the employee and the boss did not give me any discounts or refunds.

At first sight a nice hostel! What I liked most were the graffiti paintings on the walls & the friendly personnel at the reception, too bad my favourite employee got wrongly fired i heared. Fun bar at the front, but if you need your rest , keep in mind that it can be noisy sometimes until late. Easy hostel to meet people for sure! Although I didn´t have any cold showers, it seemed that there was a lack of sanitary organisation. Dirty toilets and most of all a lot of loss current on the water taps ánd the shower doors upstairs.. lil unorthodox if you ask me. Saw several ppl file a complaint without immediate reaction (Could be that they already fixed it now).

The place is nice and the staff is pleasant and helpful. It's a shame that at evenings after a day tour in the city there are only cold water in the shower :(. It happened every day of my stay and on both floors of the hostel.
