博伊西市中心希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Boise Downtown)

Friendly and responsive staff. Clean facilities and walking distance to multiple needs. Uber ride from and to the airport from here was 12-15 dollars. My 9 y/o enjoyed the pool. It was small but perfect for a small group and was 5 feet at its deepest end.

I loved my stay here! The facility was super nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable. All the staff were super nice and helpful! It’s in a great location and from it, you can walk to everything in Downtown Boise! If I’m ever back in downtown Boise, I will be staying here again.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Boise, ID was awful. The bed had a box spring cover on it that was ripped and old. The room was dull and unattractive. The furnace ran all night long while making a grinding noise. It was very hard to sleep. We asked for a bottle of water, they informed us they would have to charge us for the water only Diamond members get water and the internet was $4.95. Then to add insult to injury, they have zero parking, you have to use a City of Boise parking garage that charges you $15.00 per night. All of this goodness for only $203.00. We will not be staying at a Hilton again if this is an example of their services and accommodations.

Excellent value for money. New property with very spacious, attractive room. Great amenities and service.

The staff outdid themselves for us. They helped us thru a very, very bad day. With their kindness, they (and that is all of the staff that we saw) made a very difficult day a lot better for us with their kindness.

The hotel was cute the staff was nice . The only parking is in a parking garage and is an extra $15/day . They also charge for a mediocre breakfast $10-15 /person/day.

Shower was dirty upon arrival and their point of sale machines are always broken and you have to wait up to 10 mins to buy anything. Everything else fine.

Very festive for the holidays! Most comfortable sleeping! Friendly staff! Loved location downtown.
