The hotel was great and we would stay here again. My son and I were travelling with his youth soccer team that were staying at a hotel 0.5 mile further outside of town. This hotel has great food options nearby, a Trader Joe's across the street, and a variety of entertainment options. The pool was also nice and the breakfast met our needs. The only thing to be aware of is the parking garage: while it is relatively easy to use with the hotel key, it costs money each day and is really only accessible from the elevator... we parked on the fourth floor and our room was on the fifth floor, taking the stairs would be more convenient (but is not an option).

The stay at Hamptons downtown Boise was absolutely great. We go every year to see friends and we would never stay any other place except this hotel. I do have one suggestion. The complementary breakfast is at the hotel. If there were some cut up fruit would be nice to enjoy thank you. Sincerely, a good satisfied customer.

Don't stay on the 5th floor where the pool is. You'll hear everyone going by to the pool. The walls are paper thin. The needs are firm as well. The rest of the hotel is really nice and the room is really big. Having the trader Joe's across from it was really nice. Got some food and warmed up for the kids. Would start here again but ask for a different floor. Breakfast needed more choices.

My stay was lovely. The hotel is right in downtown Boise with easy access to many different restaurants, bars, shopping and even a movie theatre. Zero noise which was a surprise since it is on a very busy street. Staff was friendly and efficient. Check in was quick and easy.

The ladies at the front desk when we checked in in the evening were amazing. They were quick and helpful and we even had a nice conversation with them. They were even helpful in telling us about close places to eat. All in all, this stay was great and we will be back.

Staff was great! Make more cookies. Offer bacon, not just pork. Rooms were great! I see why this place was rated 9.5 out of 10. I highly recommend!

The room smelled horrible.the front desk was rude and not helpful on top i had to pay to park at the hotel when nothing says that i would need to do so when i booked the rooms

The location was great to walk to the University, Down town shopping, Zoo and site seeing. Pool is great for younger kids. My older kids thought it was too "kidish" and no hot tub for parents. But That would not deter me from staying there again. Breakfast was good. Located walking distance from Trader Joes for snack and across from a Jacksons store too. Parking was tight but very convient.

Great place to stay. The only concern we had was the size of the parking stalls in the garage. Driver had to crawl out the passenger side as the car next to us was too close.

When we checked in, we shared with the friendly front desk staff that it was our son’s 5th birthday and we were doing a staycation. Without hesitation, Eric upgraded our room “so our little guy could have more space to cruise around” and they sent a gift bag up to our room with a hand-written birthday card, toy truck, and several different candy bars. It was so incredibly thoughtful and we felt valued and appreciated. Small gestures like that are, unfortunately, few and far between. Because of Eric and Katie at the front desk, we will return AND recommend this property to our out-of-town friends. Thank you!

The location is ideal. We stayed at this property because of a company party two blocks away. Check in was simple and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

I asked for a late check out, the midnight gal said I could check out at 2pm and the gal during the morning said no that wasn’t possible. Then later, another gal said I could keep my room key until 3pm so I can get my car out of the hotel parking lot. Also if you have a larger car, don’t bother the car spots are extremely small and tight. The rooms are clean, and it’s super close to everything. That’s the only good thing.
