I really enjoyed the hotel. It was amazing and had a gym and a fire place to sit and relax.

Excellent Hotel. Location for me was perfect. Previous reviews stated because of location next to a truck stop and the interstate, it was noisy. This was not the case. Staff was AMAZING. The Manager was OUTSTANDING and also AMAZING. She was very receptive when I brought up a couple of issues and made them right. Highly recommended. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Perfect for overnight except that the breakfast was pretty bad. Had all the normal stuff and looked fresh and plentiful but everything was so bland. Waffles, eggs and sausage had no taste at all, so strange. Thee is a truck stop in walking distance with 2 fast food places and a sit down restaurant.

parking lot is an icy snowy mess. easy for a wreck or someone fall. The guy at check in did not care about any of my concerns. He told me where to park and that my room would over look the lot. However, I could not see my vehicle. mattresses and covers are filthy. coffee table and tray were filthy. Coffee grounds wiped into chair. That was just walking in the room. I ckeck every room for bed bugs. Did not find any but discovered the dirty mattresses.

Debbie at the front desk was PHENOMENAL! She made sure I knew all the questions I had before I even asked them, way to anticipate a customers needs Debbie! She is a huge reason why I will highly recommend this hotel! Good interactions with staff is huge! Also the beds are amazingly comfortable, super clean rooms, including a full continental breakfast and an amazing spa room! Thank you for a wonderful stay during the holidays

This property is close to the airport and also downtown. The propert is very clean amd modern and the staff are helpful and very friendly

The hotel and everything about it is alright, but the people that work there are over the top fantastic!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The room was very noisy from the traffic. It is what it is…a hotel next to the freeway.

This is a nice hotel, it's clean and the beds are comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. BUT, if you stay here, you MUST request a room on the opposite side of the freeway, otherwise you will get NO sleep. The freeway is right next to the hotel and is busy throughout the night. My one complaint (and it's a big one and a reason for my poor overall rating) is that the staff should offer a room on the non-freeway side upon check in. I did not enjoy my stay and likely won't stay here again.
