康美恰恩堤藝術酒店(Art Hotel Commercianti)

The hotel could not be better located in the centre of Bologna. It is clean, service is professional and friendly. The breakfast offers a lot of variety and one small thing I enjoyed is the smart TV that allows signing in with your own streaming account in a few seconds.

Could not be more central. Very helpful staff.

We stayed in the Art Hotel for two days in May 2023. Brilliant location, maria on reception was extremely helpful and accommodating. BUT this is a very expensive hotel!! Breakfast was ok, but had to ask for everything, no croissants one day! Coffee was warm not hot, so very average. Room was superb, but no view at all!! Nice hotel but very expensive for what it was.

Ein sehr gut und aufmerksam geführtes Hotel mit freundlichem und kompetenten Personal. Die Themen-Zimmer in Anlehnung an die Bologneser Historie sind eine wunderbare Idee. Das Frühstücksbuffet war großartig und der -raum sehr schön.

Overall, this is a wonderful hotel, and we would have given it five stars except for a mixup upon our arrival. Though we expected to be in a remote location, not the main building, we were shocked to find that our room was four full flights up with no elevator. Initially, the hotel staff member handling our check-in insisted that we have been informed of this, and that we had accepted the room knowing there was no lift. However, I found the email from them that clearly stated there was elevator access. It turned out that we had been sent incorrect information about our room. When the hotel realized it was their error, they did the right thing and moved us to another room in the main building that was accessible by elevator. After that little mixup, we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast is particularly noteworthy due to the charming baristas who are there every morning to make espresso drinks to order! We loved the location, the historical significance of the hotel, and the decor. Our check-in experience does not change that.

We were disappointed in the Art Hotel, a great location just of the main square but felt the hotel was a little tired and didnt feel like a four star hotel. Our room looked out onto a courtyard of air conditioning units and apar**ents. The front staff were not very friendly barely raised their heads when you passed reception and breakfast was in the basement no natural light, and not a great selection of fruits etc., The orange juice was watery more like orange squash but you could spend 5 euro to get a glass of fresh juice, not what we expected from 4*'s

Alojamiento muy céntrico. Cerca de todos los sitios de interés y zonas de restauración y tiendas. Llegamos al hotel en taxi, pero es muy difícil el acceso en vehículo privado. Apartamentos amplios, cómodos, perfectamente dotados. Desayuno muy completo. Personal eficiente y amable. Muy buena opción en el centro de la ciudad.

Geweldig hotel met veel charme en een overheerlijk ontbijt in het midden van de stad.

Bel hôtel historique en plein cœur de Bologne. Chambres très belles avec du cachet. Bonne literie. Bon niveau de prestations.
