Hotel carino nel centro di Bologna. Ottima posizione, camera bella ed accogliente e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Vicinissimo a Piazza Maggiore, alle due torri e alle vie più belle di Bologna. Ideale anche per chi fa shopping, oltre a vedere le cose più belle della città. Consigliatissimo!

La struttura è situata in zona centrale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Il personale è cortese e la colazione basic, ma buona. Le stanze sono anch'esse basic, ma molto pulite. Quello che personalmente mi ha infastidito è che non c'è insonorizzazione e se si ha la sfortuna di avere vicini di stanza irrispettosi, si rischia di essere svegliati o di essere infastiditi dalle voci troppo avvertibili. Comunque sia, consigliato.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, a 5 minutos caminando del centro La recepción super cordiales y amables. El hotel cuenta con ascensor. La habitación confortable: amplia, cuenta con TV, baño amplio, secador, buena presión en la ducha. El aseo y cambio de toallas es diario Tal vez, hubiese estado bueno, que hubiese una pava/ jarra eléctrica para preparse algun te/café El hotel de cortesía en las mañanas brinda un desayuno, que te sirven ellos mismos: café de máquina, croissant, jugo y también puede haber yogur. El servicio es de 7 a 9 hs A metros se encuentra la parada de buses que te lleva hacia la estación de trenes Tuve una muy buena estadia

La posizione è perfetta e le camere per quanto non modernissime, sono pulite e il suo prezzo nonostante il periodo fiera che lo ha alzato , e in linea. Il ma è dovuto alla mancanza di parcheggio, alla zona colazione striminzita, alla mancanza di prese in camera, all'ascensore piccolo e lento.....

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino al centro e alla stazione centrale, non ho mai usato mezzi mi sono spostata sempre a piedi. Le camere andrebbero sistemate(o almeno quella che avevo io)..la serratura della porta funzionava male e l'insonorizzazione è pessima. Però ho dormito bene, il letto era comodo e fortunatamente nessuno ha fatto ****** durante la notte. La pulizia non è eccellente ma decisamente te non come descritta nelle pessime recensioni che ho letto! Il punto di forza è decisamente il personale. Ho trovato 2 addetti in reception gentilissimi, educati e disponibile ad aiutarmi. Veramente complimenti! È stato un buon soggiorno.

Ik zou in Marconi 22 rooms verblijven , maar kon niemand bereiken en er was niemand . Mijn vlucht had vertraging en de treinen naar de stad reden niet , dus ben ik door de omstandigheden hier terecht gekomen op eigen kosten ! Marconi 22 had terwijl ik alles betaald had de hele 6 dgn geannuleerd en ik mocht het mij uitzoeken ! Geld weg en geen slaapplek ! De kamer was wel meteen de dag erna geboekt door andere gasten ….dus Marconi 22 goed bezig met oplichting! Nou even over Hotel San Felice…..alleen maar lof , fijne schone kamers , super vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel en een ontbijtje op de koop toe ❤️ Jullie hebben mijn nachtmerrie bij aankomst in een mooie droom veranderd! Echt zo dankbaar ! Kan dit hotel iedereen aanraden , alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en de bezienswaardigheden heel dichtbij .

Un hôte très bien placé (à 10min à pied de la place principale ) Le personnel était vraiment très gentil ! La chambre confortable avec serviettes et gel douche 👌🏼 Les points négatifs sont l’isolation et la douche ! On entend les personnes de la chambre d’à côté parler comme ci ils étaient dans notre chambre. Le point le plus négatif pour moi c’est qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude (j’ai demandé un geste commercial, ils m’ont dit qu’ils me recontacteraient par mail mais j’attends toujours 😅)

Spent a night here last week, staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area, room was a big size. The free croissant and other little items with a coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

I came to Bologna to attend a class for a week and stayed at this hotel. I am very happy with the stay and can recommend stay at this hotel. The hotel is close the the city center, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is light and good and the cleaning was thorough. It is likely that I will return to Bologna at a later point and I will not hesitate with using San Felice again. Thank you!

Near citycenter. Friendly reception 24/7 but wrong info about taxi. Small breakfast. Clean room!

Air conditioning did not work Cleaners were super loud when trying to sleep early morning (thin walls) Shower had exposed drywall Reception staff were friendly

A nice inexpensive hotel close to the centre - just a ten minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Lovely kind and knowledgeable front desk staff. Room very basic and you can hear neighbours on the toilet! Room very warm but air con not going on until July! Basic breakfast.

Great value, clean rooms and friendly staff. Hotel needs a bit of a refurb and it’s a bit noisy (you can hear the people in the room next to you) but this is outweighed by attentive staff, great location and reasonable price.
