戈爾登斯特恩聯排別墅酒店(Goldenstern Townhouse)

Wem die Altstadt noch nicht geschichtsträchtig genug ist, der möge im Goldenstern Townhouse nächtigen. Teile des Gebäudes sind aus dem 14. Jahrhundert, das verwinkelte Treppenhaus verband einst zwei Gebäude (Laubenstraßenseite und Eingangsweite) und erschließt nun die Zimmer, die Lobby, den Frühstücksraum und die Dachterrasse (von der man übrigens einen tollen Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt hat). Man meint fast in einem Bild von Escher zu wandeln. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll im Detail und äußerst funktional eingerichtet. Modernes Bad in altem Gemäuer; Nischen, die wohl einst Kerzenlichtern dienten, sind zur Minibar umfunktioniert. Frühstück. Neben dem wiederum tollen Raum auch in der Auswahl und dem Umfang erste Wahl.

Posto meraviglioso, in pieno centro in un palazzo storico.. 10 e lode … posto veramente incantevole super super consigliato.. cani ammesso, stanze fantastiche, ottima varietà di cibo a colazione… pulitissimo .. posso solo fare i complimenti a questa struttura

Stayed here for several nights in the beginning of December 2022. We are so happy that we found this hotel and were able to book our rooms there. The hotel itself is historic and beautiful. It is comprised of two conjoined houses dating back many hundreds of years. The Rizzoli family who owns the hotel had it painstakingly restored and beautifully appointed. The famous Casanova resided in one of these buildings for a time when he had to escape Venice. The hotel is in the heart of the old center in the middle of all of the shops and restaurants. However it is not just the hotel building that makes this a "must stay" when visiting Bolzano. The staff are among the friendliest, helpful, interesting and professional we have ever encountered in our many years of travel. We simply cannot say enough good things about how welcome they made us feel and how helpful they were in recommending things for us to see, do and eat!... And are also quite knowledgeable about the history of the the building and Bolzano and the South Tyrol in general. We are particularly grateful to Manuela who made our visit so wonderful and memorable. She is a fine ambassador for not only this hotel but also for the whole South Tyrol region. We are also thankful to the other terrific staff who we've met including Delila. This is a beautiful hotel with outstanding and wonderful staff! We give it our highest recommendation and have every intention of returning in the not too distant future! Bolzano is wonderful and this hotel is a gem!

5antichi palazzi nel centro storico di Bolzano ristrutturati e riuniti in un’unica struttura labirintica ed affascinante, ricchissima di opere d’arte antica e di interessanti arredi contemporanei a contrasto. Camere essenziali ed accoglienti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima scoperta in città

Siamo stati 4 giorni in un appartamento del Goldenstern e che dire? Wow. Partiamo dal personale, mai trovato così gentile e professionale. Manuela che ci ha seguito sempre è stata super!!! Anche la collega Anna molto gentile. La signora bionda della colazione gentilissima e disponibile. La camera: il nostro era una sorta di stanza/appartamento, scelto perché con un bimbo la cucina era indispensabile. Ho fatto un'ottima scelta. Colazione: internazionale, buona. Prezzi: ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo L'albergo è caratteristico, l'interno è mozzafiato, scale particolari e con l'arredamento scelto è un mix perfetto di eleganza. Attenzione alle scale, tante. We stayed 10 days in the Goldenstern and loved it. Beautiful old house, nicely renovated. Fantastic location in the centre of the old town with many bars and restaurants around. Our apartment was well equipped, spacious and cleaned every day. Service was impeccable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our bedroom faced to the back of the house, I could imagine that the ones facing the street can be noisy at night due to the restaurants and bars.

We spent a wonderful night at this hotel before heading up to Selva Gardena. The rooms are well styled, quiet and a good size (extremely relaxing). Staff are friendly and attentive, and provided some good ideas on exploring this really interesting town. The breakfast was very good. I hope you enjoy as much as we did in staying in Bolzano.

Wer in Bozen in einem ungewöhnlich alten Hotel übernachten möchte, wird hier fündig. Das Haus ist Jahrhunderte alt, top restauriert und äußerst stilvoll ausgestattet. Man wohnt in einem Denkmal. Die Zimmer sind schön möbliert, die Bäder modern und sehr funktional. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und liebevoll angerichtet. Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Ein Haus, das den Gast mit seiner Geschichte empfängt und zentral in Bozen gelegen ist.

The hotel 4 floors without an elevator. Their directions were thru ZTL. The desk person asked us on the phone for our license plate number so she could call the police to exempt us and instructed us to enter the ZTL. We followed her instructions and got a $100 fine. Called them and they said they now called the police and couldn’t do anything. Horrible people and cardiac arrest stairs. Don’t stay
