Mooi goed gelegen hotel in Bonn . Ruime betalende parking . Ontbijt was voldoende en in orde . Maar de kamers zijn te warm , airco werkte niet goed. We verbleven drie nachten maar kamers werden niet opgemaakt . Ik ben propere handdoeken gaan vragen aan de receptie die ze dan snel brachten . Zeer bizar , ik dacht dat opmaken van de kamers tot basistaken behoorde van zo een hotel ?

Top: + Matratze nicht durchgelegen + netter Empfang + Kaffee & Tee auf dem Zimmer Flop: - Hotel insgesamt viel zu teuer, für das, was man bekommt - Frühstück = überteuerte Katastrophe: Saftkonzentrat, kein frischer Saft, kein gutes Obst, keine Leberwurst, kein Lachs, Billigbrötchen - 27 Euro? Wie rechtfertigt sich das? - surrend laute Minibar im Zimmer ohne Inhalt - surrend laute Abluft im Bad, schlafen nur möglich mit geschlossener Tür - abgeranzte Dusche - eiskalte Fliesen im Bad

Chambre vétuste et très petite.( on avait la plus grande🙈) PDJ médiocre et la fermeture du buffet est à 10.00. Trop tôt pour moi. Garage souterrain à 26€ est exagéré . Le pire, c'était que notre chambre n'a pas été fait. Inadmissible. Hôtel à éviter .

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Mein letztes Mal war noch unter Flagge "Hilton". Das Inventar ist stellenweise ziemlich runtergekommen. Wenn man das Zimmer betritt und als erstes den ziemlich alten und zerfledderten Bürostuhl sieht, ist schon einiges gesagt. Minibar gibt es nicht mehr, Hygieneartikel aus'm Spender, was der Umwelt wahrscheinlich zu gute kommt. Eine Flasche pro Wasser wirklich nur auf Nachfrage und nach Verhandlungen. Erst wird einem versucht, Wasser aus dem kleinen Regal neben der Rezeption zu verkaufen. Es war nicht mein erster Besuch, aber definitiv der letzte. Das Personal kann da sicherlich nichts für. Ich denke, dass die Verantwortung für so ein Hotel an anderer Stelle zu bemängeln wäre.

The en-suite facilities, while still functional, evoke a sense of antiquation that a property of this repute should long have eschewed. In recent times, even the culinary offerings seem to have lost their lustre, eliciting a sigh of disappointment from those who recall the hotel's exquisite culinary past with reverence. The inventive menus of yesteryear have been replaced with humdrum and unremarkable fare, bereft of the gastronomic delights that once tantalized the taste buds. Regrettably, the staff, too, have not emerged unscathed from this decline. The once-polished and attentive attendants appear to labour under the burden of reduced resources and seem to lack the finesse and polish they once displayed. This conspicuous shift in the quality of service has emerged as a clear blemish upon the establishment's reputation. In conclusion, the Hilton Bonn, despite its storied history and erstwhile reputation, languishes in a state that can only be described as a sad vestige of its former glory. One cannot help but lament the departure from its once-illustrious past, where it stood as a bastion of luxury and refinement. While one may still find moments of solace amidst the shadows of its grandeur, the undeniable truth remains that the Hilton “Dorint” Bonn hotel has seen better days, and one can only hope for a revitalization that would recapture its former splendor.
