波恩哈德伯格美居酒店(Mercure Hotel Bonn Hardtberg)

Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde çalışanları %90’ı rus dilinde konuşuyor çok güzel bir ortam temiz odalar tavsiye ederim

Für meine Geschäftsreise war das Hotel ok. Ziemlich entfernt von Bonn. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, jedoch war die Ausstattung etwas alt. Guter Service und leckeres Frühstück.

We were part of a coach party visiting Christmas markets in Koln and Koblenz. This hotel clearly is geared towards the business trade rather than tourist’s because of where it is situated and the car park was somewhat challenging for our coach driver. The restaurant does not open in the evenings at weekends so factor that in if you are staying during those times. Once armed with that information and you are prepared then you should enjoy your stay here. The hotel itself is clean, warm and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and so accommodating - particularly Erij and Kay who helped us out immensely on the Saturday night helping us order takeaway meals that were delivered to the hotel and enabling us to eat them at the bar. We found our room to be very comfortable and quiet - the housekeeping staff do an amazing job. The breakfasts are lovely and there is plenty to choose from. (I have to add that the hotel did have a meal ready for us on the Friday evening when we arrived but that was because it was agreed that we all paid in advance. Thank you to the catering staff for putting on a great spread and for coming in on your night off!)

The hygiene levels of the bedrooms were poor with Staines on the carpet. The bedding was too small for the bed with a single duvet on a double bed. the Hotel was very tired and messy. The swimming pool was empty and filthy. The hotel photos on the website does not reflect the truth unfortunately.

Wir haben das Hotel eine Nacht in Anspruch genommen, wir hatten zwar das Pech, Heizung und Fahrstuhl ausgefallen, wurde jedoch mit kostenloser Minibar und Parkplatz kompensiert. Die Betten sind komfortabel und die Bäder ausreichend und alles sauber. Das Frühstück bzw. die Auswahl ist ausreichend und lecker. Ich würde diese roten Decken nicht mehr auf die Betten legen und den Flur in weiß streichen, damit es nicht altbacken wirkt, diese farblichen Akzente, lassen das Hotel älter wirken. Die Empfangshalle, die Bar und der Frühstücksraum sind ansprechen.

Morgens ab 6 Uhr Lärm .. Die Matratzen der kleinen Betten fanden wir sehr unbequem … Das Frühstück war ok… Der Parkplatz kostet extra 10€ je Tag. Als Mitglied der Accor Gruppe erhält man 10% Rabatt. Die Zimmer sauber, aber einfach. Dusche in der Badewanne 😌

Nous avons réservé un séjour du 11 au 12 Mai 2023. Malheureusement, nous devons rentrer chez nous en urgence pour cause d’urgence familiale absolue ( perte d’un proche ). Nous contactons hôtel.com avec qui nous avons réservés qui m’annonce contacter l’hôtel car nous ne sommes plus dans les délais de remboursement CEPENDANT, l’hôtel peut accepter le remboursement au vu de la situation. Au vu de la note, vous comprendrez que l’hôtel a refusé. Je comprends que les annulations au dernier jour peuvent être embêtantes, mais nous étions en droit de nous attendre à un geste (au moins la moitié) de rembourser. Pour cet hôtel, le remboursement d’une chambre ne leur aurait strictement rien changé, pour nous, cela change tout. Si vous êtes en accord avec le côté inhumain que propose l’hôtel, je vous invite à y séjourner.

Hotel nahe der Hardthöhe. Für Geschäfstermin in Ordnung. Allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Ausreichend Parkplätze Lage & Umgebung: Für Bonn etwas abseits. Aber wenn man in der Nähe des Ministeriums zu tun hat sehr gut. In der Umgebung ist ansonsten auch nicht viel. Zimmer: Etwas abgewohnt, aber ok. Service: Freundliche Mitarbeiter Gastronomie: Früstück war durchschnittlich. Die Bar war abends zu, aber die Rezeption konnte mit Getränken aushelfen.

Camera spaziosa, con culla aggiunta gratuitamente. Servizio buono, in mezzo a diversi parchetti, silenzioso, ben frequentato. a 20' di bus dal centro (bus diretto). Mancava solo un frigo in camera e di notte si scaldava un po' troppo (l'aria condizionata si staccava)
